Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 22. Lord Lundstram gets us under way on Friday evening as Moyes’ newly invigorated West Ham pay him a visit.

We then have a bit of a bumper Saturday with 7 games in total. Palace and Arsenal start proceedings in the early one before Chelsea look to get back on track as they host Burnley, Everton will be hoping Brighton don’t take their reserve team to Goodison, Vardy faces Ings in a shootout, Man Utd welcome Norwich and Wolves wonder which Newcastle will turn up at Molineux. The evening game then sees Klopp take his juggernaut to see how big a bus Jose has deployed.

Just the 2 games on Sunday as Bournemouth host Watford before Man City visit Villa in the last game of the week.

  1. Now Snodgrass scores. :big-lol:

  2. Not a bad start to this GW with a double cleanie tonight! :bop:

    • I don’t have one. Haha. I feel like this gameweek is unfixable while all my players still have to play. :big-lol:

    • Good show. I hope this season is going well for you, ZL.

      • It was going great until I played my WC and sold TAA just before he got the 24pts monster haul, but I’ve managed to steady the ship now I think (bought TAA back obviously), team looks good for now… I’ve been reading books on sports psychology and I think they have helped in FPL in some regards as well smile

        • Already nailed the 2-1-3 and all…

        • I’ve missed out on the 2-1-3 yet again, ZL.

I envy you yours: somehing to tell the grandchildren (who will smile politely).

        • So what have you been reading Zed? The rest of us may need some psychological help smile

        • I’ve heard that his pre-GW team talks are now awe inspiring.

  3. Another 9pts for fleck on my bench to add to the 15 he acquired in the same spot a few weeks back! I am winning! :dunce:

    • Maybe try playing him? :mosking:

    • Seems like he either scores 2pts or double digits, which makes him a horrible player to have smile

    • Me 2 Rosco…how unlucky can 1 b..and the times if played him just the standard 2 points..

  4. Lost a bit of ground in my ML. He’s really gone all in on the SHU game!

    • That must have been some end to the game for the pair of you then with the VAR thing! I didn’t see it myself, was it correct?

      • Didn’t see it either but if I had I’d having been cheering on Moyes. Shudder

      • Very debatable to say the least…

      • Rice says it was ball to hand but the arm was out so the VAR ruling was hardly surprising

    • Away to arsenal and home to Manchester city next two games.

      Jamie

  5. Guess who has big John Lundstram sitting comfortably on his bench :fool:

    • Maybe he’ll get on for you

      • Knowing my luck, I doubt it. But cheers for trying to comfort me :laugh2:

    • Is it Rosco?

      • He “only” has Fleck there :laugh2:

    • Me as well. Anyways, it was always Holgate vs him. So, let’s see.

      • Same here. Picked Holgate ahead of him cause I expected way more from West Ham last night. “Let’s see” as you said.

        • Also picked Alli ahead of Fleck..hope it doesn’t backfire.. :dash:

    • I’ll be honest, I watched it and I doubt very much I’ll bench him for the rest of the season.

Always involved in the attack and a couple of “nearly assists”.

      • I only caught the last 20 mins. Lundstram was off at that stage but I was very impressed with Fleck.

      • 4 returns only in the season though GP – would need to be patient and play in most games I would think

      • Yeah, GP, same here. He keeps on punishing me for leaving him on the bench – I never learn. From now on, I think I will play him against everyone beside the top teams. And there comes the question, Arsenal – top side or not?! And the dilemma is back on – should I play him next week haha

  6. If Fab is out for a while means that more people will be lured into the idea to use the TC chip in GW 24. Still, not sure it would be the best time :scratch_one-s_head:
