Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 23
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 23. We’re back for a quick ‘two dayer’ before being rudely interrupted again by the FA Cup next weekend. Wolves and Leicester kick us off on Saturday in the early game before we get going properly with no less than six 3pm games. Mid-table obscurity leads the way as Bournemouth welcome West Ham, Saints play Everton and Watford host Burnley. Further down the table there is at least some interest as Newcastle and Cardiff have a potential six pointer. Man United will be hoping that mid-table is but a distant nightmare when they play Brighton and then the big one, in terms of title importance anyway, is Liverpool hosting Palace.
The battle for 3rd, 4th or 5th heats up on Saturday evening as Arsenal and Chelsea clash.
Sunday begins with Huddersfield, and their ‘score-keeper’ checking that he has the numbers 8 & 9 in his bag, as Man City come to town. The Fulham bloke may as well be diligent too, ahead of Spurs visiting at 4pm. Stranger things have happened…
The games in full…

Caught this by accident on SSN last night but it’s hilarious if anyone hasn’t seen it. You’re looking for the fan coming in from the right at the end of the celebrations….
Two footed tackle! Should have been a straight red 😉
Hahaha
That’s awesome. Stewards doing a sterling job!!
My son’s doing a HUD vs MCI game on FIFA to see how the game might go today (his idea). He’s 6-0 up and it’s not HT yet. Hatty from Sané, 2 from Jesus and 1 from Sterling. It is on ‘amateur’ mode but things are looking grim for HUD.
Interestingly, he plays Aguero and Jesus together all of the time and it works quite well.
He’d probably be 6-0 up if he went Huddersfield on amateur mode
It finished 8-0 btw :woot: . One day he’ll be ready for ‘semi-pro’ mode (when teams start fighting back!) hehe.
Aguero starts!!
Kun starts !!!
#MCFC XI v #HTAFC: Ederson, Walker, Danilo, Laporte, Otamendi, Gundogan, Fernandinho, Sane, De Bruyne, Aguero, Sterling
#HTAFC XI v #MCFC: Lossl, Smith, Kongolo, Hogg, Bacuna, Kachunga, Diakhaby, Lowe, Mbenza, Schindler, Puncheon
What an interesting Huddersfield line up. Looks like it isn’t a five at the back for starters (although it is quite hard to tell when they post the team by number and not position
From BBC: 4-3-3 it seems.
Cheers LA. No surprise to see Mounie and Depoitre not starting. Hopefully there are some goals in relative new boys Diakhaby and Mbenza!

Well this time Bilva and Jesus benched
FPL should give 1 exception to form squad – 14 players (before deadline) + PEP’s choice – whom you can select post lineup announcement.
Come on then, how many will Citeh score ? Hopefully a zilch for me.
Anything from Sané would be just fine 😀 . And a CS for Ederson would be good too. Sitting on 65 pts at the mo – hoping for a good result. I haven’t hit 80 pts yet this season!
