Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 23. It’s a compact GW, beginning on Saturday and finishing on Sunday, for once, but that’s also for a good reason as we come back again on Tuesday for a midweek feast. Which is our main message this week; snooze or lose, basically.
Saturday sees the majority of games, with 8 in total. Watford and Spurs get us going in the early one, Newcastle and Chelsea see us out later on, with six others at 3pm, we won’t bore you with the actual details; they are all in the pic below.
The remaining two games are on Sunday with Burnley hosting Leicester before Man Utd haul their carcass to Anfield to try and recall what a proper football team looks like.

That’s it, tired of tinkering. Took a hit and downgraded KDB to Mahrez in order to fit Salah and TAA who came in for Alli and Kelly. Got the feelings that it will be a bad DGW :scratch_one-s_head:
Ivan..Don’t say that mate. :no: Lot depends on Pool mids’ performance. Especially, if playing TC chip. But, yeah this could be a make or break kind of a GW, if the chip doesn’t work.
That is true Constantine but it’s definitely NO for any chips this time. As I mentioned earlier, there will be much bigger and with more options doubles later on in the season.
Then again, TC is like a lottery. You could get it right or very wrong. Quite a few people have used it already and some very successfully. Only time will tell.
I am planning on playing my FH and BB chips in the future DGWs. I’d not play the FH chip for a BGW, as the norms are. Having 11 DGW players in the team is much better return option than having few good players from few teams. Well, that’s my thoughts and plan. It could totally be different in your case. Well, 48 hours in FPL is a long time and who knows what might happen. At the moment I am 99% sure not using the TC but that could change. On a way back from work, after a few pints in the pub I might click on that button and join the party :laugh2:
Would you offload Grealish or Martial for Salah?
What is the rest of the team looking like? I would probably keep Grealish but sell Martial if it was my team

2) Kdb + Martial to Salah and 6,4 midfielder
I would say neither and keep the City players. Team looks alright do you have the funds to just do Martial to Salah or do you need to downgrade?
If I had the fund then I obv would have! Have only got 0,2 itb. Could easily switch back to kdb next gw if option 1.. hmm

Hey guys. Pretty sure I’ll play my TC this week. Need to gain on the lead of my rivals. Have 2 FTs and 0.4m ITB. Thinking of getting Haller for Jimenez and saving the other FT. Next week can then get DCL and a better def for Cresswell. Any other suggestions?
