More from Brendan Rodgers, this time about Jamie Vardy’s injury: “It is not his hamstring which is good. Hopefully over the next couple of days it will ease off and he will be fit.
“Jamie is a real talisman for the team but if we are going to have success it is about the team.
“He hasn’t played for us in a number of games and the team has still played well but of course we want him fit and well. He is such a good player and we hope it is not too serious.”
Thanks eresh, it sounds promising!
2 more pressers left atlas before we do make the boot
I joked about Burnley going on a run as soon as I sold Pope to make fund for Salah this week, you’re all welcome.
Cheers K much appreciated.
Thanks K! Now just praying he doesn’t outscore my TC Salah :laugh2:
Having a shocking GW so far with 20 points. Only my triple Liverpool and TC Salah can salvage this GW.
Pretty average or at least just below, wouldn’t stress about it!
That’s seems fine Eagle
I have 19 points from 8 players – Salah (TC), Mane and TAA to go.
I trust everyone else is having a better GW!
25 from 7. jimmy and the 3 pool left
I’m on minus 75, so you can breathe easy. Got a bit carried away with the hits.
Hell of a long way to go this GW yet. The average yesterday was pretty low and I doubt it will have crept up much tonight.
The reckoning will be next Friday morning.
I’m on 16 from 8…with Stephens warming my bench…
14 from 8 for me :big-lol:
No great gains or losses so far I’d imagine. Usually the case when the majority of Capos are yet to go, never mind yet to go twice. Tomorrow will be part 1 in splitting the good, bad or ugly choices this week.
21 from 9…
Just an ordinary gw for my team these days.
Thankfully i kept the faith in Pope and Alli ( Didn’t get around to selling them) Sitting on 42 from 8 and feeling a little bit smug :excited:
Congrats, padster :bravo: .
The dream team front 3 is a bit of a mess now
Was playing around with a wildcard draft after the vardy injury although sounds like it’s not serious. Prob don’t need to use a wc yet but what do you think. This is my current team
This the WC draft
I personally wouldn’t allow one person’s injury – which in itself may not be overly serious – engender such widespread change. But maybe you fancied a spring clean.
I’ve only glanced at the side – when people post >1 side I invariably comment on the wrong one – and was slightly surprised you only had two Liverpool players in there. Given that you are presumably playing three at the back I would add one of their defenders. Son could make way to raise a few shekels.
