Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 26
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 26. No double games to contend with this week, just a straight forward set of 10. The last lot before we get rudely interrupted by the FA Cup again, but pay attention this time as what occurs in that may well impact hugely on what occurs in FPL later on with blank and double game-week ramifications all over the shop.
Saturday begins with two teams enjoying contrasting fortunes since they recently changed their managers as Fulham host Man United.
Saturday afternoon’s highlight, from a purely footballing perspective, will be watching Liverpool try not to choke completely against Bournemouth. Fail this test and we may as well just hand the title to City at 5pm. Elsewhere Palace and West Ham contest a derby, Huddersfield will continue their descent to the Championship against Arsenal, Saints and Cardiff have an almost literal six pointer and Watford will go all out to hang ex-boss Silva out to dry.
The final game of the day is Brighton vs Burnley, we guess there is some mild relegation interest at stake but beyond that we are struggling to either see the attraction or indeed why this is on TV. Even Brighton and Burnley fans will be hard pressed to avert their gaze if they have spent the afternoon painting walls…
Sunday should hold more interest though, Spurs Lite and Leicester kick us off nicely at 1.30pm before the main attraction at 4pm as Sarri takes his Chelsea balls to Man City for a lesson in motivation.
We continue into Monday this week as Wolves look to continue where they left off against Everton as Newcastle come to town, perhaps with a shiny new signing on show in the shape of Almiron.

Don’t have Aguero to do it ( with the tears it took me a bit to write that sentence )
I’m doing the same, I think, Rosco. Doing Kun to Auba for this week wasn’t a great idea. I expected a bit more of a defence from Chelski!
Thinking the same Rosco,not sure i even want to take him out at all on this form !
I’m definitely benching him.
That way you don’t have the hassle of worrying about getting him in for West Ham, Bournemouth and Watford as there’ll certainly be something else needing fixing in our teams!
Yeah that is another thought but my ML rivals 3 have Laca or Auba and the other 3 will likely get him. I’m more concerned with Sane as I have no idea what to do with him!
Sane is a different matter yeah.
Though I’m considering benching him the same and transferring Richarlison out.
Yeah it seems a bit of a waste of two transfers at this stage of the season.To be honest i wasnt that impressed with Arsenal yesterday either,granted Aubamayang didnt play.
Auba illness convinced me to hold fire on the Kun to Auba move. I did not take any risks and didn’t jump on the early transfer. I’m now considering benhing Kun for gw27 and keeping him.
I’m considering selling auba for Kun today! Think he’ll outscore auba even on a blank gw…
As it stands i have 10 next week. That includes 5 from United n Liverpool with a defender from each ( Robertson, Shaw).
The players that are not playing are Sane/ Dunk/ Stephens and the keepers Ederson/ Hamer. Lossl was sick and Hamer dropped a clanger so don’t expect Hamer to play.
Do I do the obvious? Get a keeper in ? Boric or Guaita? Or
Sell Sane? For who?

Defo. Sane is on course to drop in price tonight and may well go into free fall with the FA Cup games next week. Who would Sane replace in a team beating Chelski 5-0? I ain’t waiting to find out and he will be gone tonight.

Agüero’s been 2 strikes of the woodwork away — one sitter that needs no further description and one header (just before his penalty) that he won against Luiz by defying physics — from scoring 5 goals. It’s madness.
Having him’s one thing. Captaining him’s another entirely. I’m almost glad for that pair of narrow misses…
