Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 27.
After what was the longest ever FPL game-week on record we return to normality this week with a relatively brisk three ‘dayer’.
Chelsea and Spurs kick us off on Saturday lunchtime as Jose once again returns to Stamford Bridge, but this time it’s war, according to his hair anyway.
We have four 3pm games as Burnley welcome Bournemouth, Palace and Newcastle provide a welcome gimme 0-0 for our gamblers, The Lord will look to further troll Gavy and co against Brighton and Grealish takes Villa to the seaside as part of their FPL farewell tour.
A 2nd vs 3rd clash sees us out on Saturday to see who will become which by the end of the season.
We have three games on Sunday with Man Utd & Watford and Wolves & Norwich both kicking off at 2pm before The Arteta Derby at 4.30pm
Monday sees Liverpool destroy West Ham.

Hi all,
Really need some help, I have absolutely no idea what to do for this game week? Am I right in thinking I have 4 players that won’t play? I also have 2 players that I want rid of Dourcoure and Maddison. I have an awful bench with no guarantee of game time in Greenwood, Williams and Rico. Only 1FT to fix this.

Yes, you’ve got 4 absent. You’ll almost certainly have to take a hit to replace 2 of those to get anywhere near fielding 11.

Which 2 would transfer out? Is it worth gambling on the likes of Greenwood and Williams starting?

Greenwood scored and by all accounts played well so you at get away with him. No idea on Williams. Lose Auba for Vardy as Kralin says for starters.

To lose one player, Mr Go, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose four looks like carelessness.
I would ditch Auba for Vardy/DCL/Jiminez/Ings; beyond that you’re in hitsville but you could dismiss your Blades’ defender for a Wolves player.

Very careless, I have not been aware of all the goings on in the FPL world! My worst season ever, I normally win my league and I’m currently 7th. You would keep Grealish and and KDB?

Personally – I am throwing Grealish over (for a Leicester mid) and am keeping KdB.
May change of course if there are injuries tonight.

Cheers Kralin, will wait on the transfer. I did not plan ahead for this at all. I got Auba in 2 weeks ago and didn’t realise he wouldn’t be playing, decent returns at least.

Had a few amazing weeks with my OR getting back to a better place and back in the running for a few of my main ML’s, no doubt things will change tonight if Mané and salah score big!
Anyway I have 2 FT for GW28 happy to do a -4 and bring in 3 players, any recommendations?

Morning mate, a great rise there! Been on a similar trajectory myself so I know what a relief it is!! I think you need to first decide which of your ‘blankers’ you’re happy to lose. You could probably lose Mahrez, Grealish Kelly/Lund and get some decent players and get 10 players out. I’m on tips this week so keep an eye for that and see if any take your fancy!!

I’d definitely get rid of Mahrez and Lundstram. And maybe Grealish/Kelly but only if you find a good combo that worths the hit.

A bit random but does anyone know how serious Stevens’ (SHU) injury is?
I know he is blanking now, so there is a good amount of time for recovery but I couldn’t find any additional info about the severity of his calf issue.

Suggestions please. I thought I was ok for GW28 using my 1FT (2.4m) for Auba to possibly Vardy but Rich’s yellow leaves me now without a Bench (other than the awol Rico).
