Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 27.
After what was the longest ever FPL game-week on record we return to normality this week with a relatively brisk three ‘dayer’.
Chelsea and Spurs kick us off on Saturday lunchtime as Jose once again returns to Stamford Bridge, but this time it’s war, according to his hair anyway.
We have four 3pm games as Burnley welcome Bournemouth, Palace and Newcastle provide a welcome gimme 0-0 for our gamblers, The Lord will look to further troll Gavy and co against Brighton and Grealish takes Villa to the seaside as part of their FPL farewell tour.
A 2nd vs 3rd clash sees us out on Saturday to see who will become which by the end of the season.
We have three games on Sunday with Man Utd & Watford and Wolves & Norwich both kicking off at 2pm before The Arteta Derby at 4.30pm
Monday sees Liverpool destroy West Ham.

Looks ok, don’t think I would use it this week though, still a lot of uncertainty on the blanks and doubles to come for my liking!
Got some catching up to do and need to change things right now. It’s a gamble, I know…

@AB. Follow how the European matches pan out. For example if Arsenal lose to Olympiacos they may have a DGW in GW29. Otherwise Chelsea and Man City may do. They should announced by the end of the GW.
Brighton will probably blank in GW31. Pope is a better option.
Arsenal are likely to have blank game weeks in GW28 and 31. Maybe PEA isn’t worth having.
Vardy this week then plan Auba in as your FT next week
I thought I would be ok in GW28 with 2FTs but with Rico and Kelly not playing at the moment, even if I use my 2FTs I can only field 9 players.
Should I consider the free hit?
In short, no, as you could find yourself in a much worse predicament in GW31! I would make 3 moves and go in with 10 or if youre willing to ditch Auba or KDB a -8 to get yourself to the full 11
But the problem with Free Hit in GW31 is that if there are only 3 or 4 fixtures involving rather bad teams (bar Wolves and Everton) there are not many players you’d like to have with your FH chip… Of course there could be a few upsets in the FA Cup and it could all change still, but if there are only 3 fixtures in GW31 then I won’t FH that GW I think, I can get three Wolves and some Everton players with FTs and thats enough I reckon, and you end up with defenders playing against your attackers with the FH chip if there are only 3 fixtures (which I believe is still possible)
What messes up FH31 for me is the 5:30 kickoff. We have Bur v Wat and Wol v Bou to pick six players from. Then I fancy WBA to win so we can pick New v AV. And we will know if we can have either Tot (v WHM) or Eve (@Nor) by then. But the real test for that week for me if Che beat Liv and the league is over, who will play? And the kick off is late.
I agree with ZL and at the moment I’m not overly disposed to playing the FH chip in 31. It seems wiser to me at the moment to plan a bit for that GW and use the FH in a later (or possibly earlier) DGW.
Re Liverpool, they are 4 wins off the title now so unless I’m being thick then they could win it in GW31 (assuming Klopp sends out another weakish team in the FA Cup).
Currently 16 from 8, only Salah (C) bagging 2 or more can salvage something from this.
Oh and main ML rival has Mane and (C) him so should be interesting…
Even though I have Salah, I’d prefer a low scoring game tonight. 1-0 from VVD would be ideal. I picked a differential captain in Martial which has worked out so far (57 from 8) but I’m going to be losing points on almost every goal tonight.
