Ooops, posted in the wrong article… Let me try again…

Now the fun begins… I don’t have a goalie next week… And KDB and Grealish too… What shall I do? Change Button to McCarthy and Grealish to Traore? Keep KDB… Decisions, decisions, decisions…. smile

I would keep KdB and do as you suggest, or get Pope. The latter’s form since the penalty save has been mind-bending.

      • Zed Leppelin says:

Cannot afford Pope, plus I just watched “The Two Popes”, wasn’t that convinced to be honest

        • Kralin says:

Yes, one has to choose carefully with that sort of thing: and if you don’t trust Pope to hear your confession then it’s probably very wise to give him a wide berth.

On the subject of films with ‘two’ in the title I’ve never seen ‘The Two Jakes’ – in fact I’ve avoided it because I fear I’ll be completely disappointed.

However off to see ‘David Copperfield’ this afternoon, which I have reasonable hopes for. What was ‘The Two Popes’ like? I think J Pryce is a fine actor.

        • Zed Leppelin says:

Well, it was all Hopkins and Pryce (bar a few short flashbacks in the 70s in Argentina) so all good in that regard as both are fine actors, but the plot was very simplistic. Not a bad movie at all by all means and I enjoyed it a little bit even though I couldn’t give a flying ef about the Vatican and Catholic Church, I think if it wasn’t for Hopkins and Pryce it would have been a rather horrendous film…

Yeah it really has. I thought he was on the verge of being dropped before that as he was making a fair amount of errors. One of my many mistakes this year removing him
