You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone…
After days upon days, weeks upon weeks, months upon months of seemingly endless football we were all either exhausted or just simply indocrinated. To the point that the odd day sans a meaningful game seemed… well, just odd. Back to reality perhaps? Don’t bet on it, certainly short term you can’t as we have GW’s already being spread out to suit the TV audience and do not think for a second that this new phenom will stop after this season.
As for this weekend itself it is spread over just 3 days, but as is the norm now the games are handily spread out so that not one overlaps another. Funny that, isn’t it…
In theory you can sit down on Saturday at 12.30pm and watch Chelsea vs West Brom and stay there until Monday night at about 10pm when Wolves and West Ham conclude. You’ll have seen 10 games, about 960 minutes of football all told, done for 3 packs of beer and 20 bags of chips and probably have alienated your entire family. Enjoy! The games inbetween are below:

Depends how many changes you are looking at? Looks ok, ish, as is, could obviously do with touching up a bit, but then most squads will do by now, or at least soon enough. I believe Tierney didn’t look too good, although I only heard it on the radio.

That Phillips guy looks like a steal. Is he covering for someone who will return soon?

There are people on here with better Liverpool knowledge than me. I think Ben Davies was bought to cover the position but he hasn’t played. Klopp does sometimes play a midfielder out of position but otherwise Phillips looks a pretty good bet to start. At 4.0 as you say a total steal.

Looks pretty good to me tbh. Only threat is Fabinho dropping back to defence and I can’t see that happening now. Seems pretty nailed

You’re right Smash, there’s no way Fabinho is dropping into defence. We’ve shown some small signs of improvement in recent weeks and an awful lot of that is down to Fabinho paying in his proper position.

He’s probably the best DMC in the league and I’ve always thought Phillips is decent enough just a bit slow so not sure why he didn’t do it before

Good wild card business? A Alexander and Jota costing me yesterday 14.0 and sold Salah for 12.4, I think the two will outshine Salah for little extra cost?
