Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30. Our game-week kicks off with the friendly coming together of Man Utd and Liverpool at Old Trafford. A lunchtime kick off should mean that even the scousers are not completely pissed before kick off.

Five 3pm matches follow – dull Everton welcome all-conquering Brighton, Huddersfield entertain Swansea, Southampton take the long and likely pointless trip to Newcastle, doomed West Brom take on Leicester and the clarets meet in London as Burnley travel to West Ham.

The evening match sees Palace take the short trip north of the Thames to Chelsea.

Sunday sees two matches – the comedy show that is Arsenal host Watford before North London’s no.1 go to Bournemouth.

Our game-week ends as we see if our runaway leaders Man City can do it on a cold night in Stoke. They will.

  1. Baines looking like a good move for next weeksmile

  2. Baines assist. Prepare the bandwagon 😆

Walcott doing me no favours if he is out next week. Don’t have enough players that week as it is!

    • Get Baines back on the penalties hhahaha

      • He will be now mate. Missing pens is literally the only thing Rooney ‘contributes’ to us these days.

        • Just bought Coleman for this gw. Would you double up with Baines?

        • We’ve got Man City and Liverpool after this one. That may or may not be a concern depending on your chips / WC strategy?

Either way Stoke is away too. I could tell you how bad we are away but the pic below does the job!

        • Yeah, perhaps just coleman than! I have all the chips and the strategy is to WC on 32/33 to BB on 34, FH on 35 and TC on 37. Don’t like the idea of WCing on 32 as it is too far away from the DGW which could hamper the BB plans but if I don’t I’ll be struggling on 32 with all the deadwood coming out of 31. So, yeah, perhaps just coleman than! Cheers

        • Baines will be on pens now though smile

        • He’ll give them to Tosun!

        • Probably!

    • AT

I’d almost prefer if he is out. He has been brutal.

  3. Some big results out there

    – Newcastle with a very big result. Southampton could easily go down.
    – West Ham – wtf? Losing 3 nil at home to a “dont really score more than 1” Burnley.
    – We are down to who else will go down with West Brom.
    – Huddersfield offensive play (scoring) continues to be an issue

    • It’s going to be intriguing. 4 points between 6 of them above West Brom. Really hope Saints go just because of that excuse for a manager they have. So hard to call beyond that though. If I had to put money on it I’d say Huddersfield abs their last 4 games are brutal. In fact they’ve all got pretty tough ones to go other than maybe Stoke.

      • Hardly call Everton at home and Arsenal at home in the last 4 brutal smile but yeah think Swansea having a man sent off worked against today. They just sat back and barely entered our half and didnt even have one shot the whole game while we threw the kitchen sink at them.Finishing still letting us down but Mounie and Ince hit the bar.Deffo 2 points dropped but onwards and upwards !!

  4. Evening all how are we all doing anyone else go with Kun as Cap ????

    • Hey Silvers… I capped Aguero.. Really hoping for a big day from him as most around me went with Kane and my team has gone totally rotten otherwise. Good luck to us!!

    • Only 11% overall did Silvers so you could benefit big time from it. Conversely you could plummet if Kane gets a few!

  5. Wtf is happening at West Ham :

      • Stadium Security apparently intervened to get the owners out of the stadium stands laugh !!

        • utter madness! hope your doing alright dr. hannibal. walcott picked up a hammy and got him in this week. my gw31 is all sorts of mess lol.

        • At least you kept Vardy eresh.

        • true innit. will have to be cautious on the transfers next GW. Firmino will be coming in for sure. Walcott could potentially be out 2-3 weeks or more if the situation is worse. Might replace him instead of bringing in robertson/zanka.

        • Yeah, Wally’s buggered up a fair few people’s plans there. To be fair to him he’s just started 7 games on the bounce which is probably a record for him smile

        • Thought Walcott just had cramp?

        • if it is cramps then hopefully he is in the clear for next week.

        • Hi eresh.
          I have Wally too…
It is listed as a calf injury (for now)…but let’s wait and see…

Although, I’m getting fed up with him…expected much more…
Maybe this is a wakeup call to get him out ))) …

      • Yes I’ll keep an eye on Spurs tomorrow & let’s hope Kun can do something for us highaction 😉
