Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 31. Blink and you’ll miss it, is probably the best way to describe GW31. Or blank GW31 as it is more commonly known. Just four fixtures survive the week due to the FA Cup quarter finals which are also taking place this week.
Three of our games take place at 3pm on Saturday as Bournemouth are the next to have shooting practice vs West Brom, Huddersfield welcome Crystal Palace and Everton get a chance to improve their away record as they go to Stoke.
Of more interest to most will be the evening kick off and the end of our game-week as Liverpool host Watford at Anfield. And that’s it!

Morning All
Need some advice on what to do with my squad – Ive 1FT and 5m ITB and all of my chips.
The squad is clearly weak – is it best to WC now? Would also appreciate some advice on order of using the other chips – season has went well upto now and would like to see it out.
So I see a lot of people hitting the WC button now and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve got WC, BB and FH available and my current team is below. Do I need to do anything drastic right now? Which gameweek are we likely to have the most dgw games as ideally I’d like to get as many dgw players prior to that and play bench boost. Just wondering whether I need to use my WC now to start setting up for that or whether I can save it and make a couple of transfers over the coming weeks?
I’m in the same situation as you and I’m more or less Wildcardin this gw. Waiting for the double gameweek fixtures to be released and then I’ll hit the button. I expect more dgw teams in 34 so that will be me bench . boosting. Still wait up for the fixtures to be announced before doing anything
Wouldn’t it be annoying if you WC today and then tomorrow the fixtures get released and the doubles are at the end of the season and/or switched around such that only a few have doubles in the first one 😆 *tempting fate*
I’m not sure it will matter that much for me. I’m going to want to wildcard way before GW37 anyway

I took Mito’s team for an example (no need to get carried away Mito, this was only for refference 😉 ) :
Get it into the Regulars’ league just to piss Init and GP off (although GP doesn’t seem to be in it, you’d still be ahead of him 😆 )!

WC for GW32 or just do Moting > Mkhi? And WC for GW33?
My starting 11 was quite similar and i chose to wc now.Personal choice though.
Quick technical question…
If I FH in GW35 with 2 FT will they carry over and allow me to make 2 transfers in GW36 for free?
No you will only have 1 FT after using FH.
I assumed the free hit option was equivalent of 1FT. In the above case.,shouldn’t it be 2 FT on GW36 once the FH is used on GW35?
This would seem fair, but I have no idea how it works!
I foolishly used my FH early in the season and I can confirm you will only have 1FT for the gameweek following the FH, even if you had 2FTs prior to it. Same as wildcard in that way.
