Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 31

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 31.

Or what there is of it anyway. We can but bring you 5 fixtures this week, and three of them are at 3pm on Saturday. Please try to contain your joy, excitement and enthusiasm when we tell you what they actually are…

Bournemouth will be hoping that Stan & Ollie can continue their recently renewed double act against Newcastle. Burnley will be desperate for a win against Brendan’s new lot to stave off any relegation fears, Vardy may have something to say about that though. And Pellegrini will be looking to recall a few from the beach. We say a few….

Sunday is slightly less inconsequential with Liverpool looking to go top of the league and to put the pressure back on Pep and co with a win at Fulham in the early game. Everton and Chelsea then see us out at 4.30pm in the battle of ‘I’m a football manager, get me out of here’….

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

So a lot of people seem to be going at next week with the FH. Just wonder is it not better to WC now, FC 33 and then bb 35?

Looks decent, not sure about double ‘Utd’ at the back but I would never guessed Everton would have got the only CS this weekend so what do I know!! Prob switch Shaw to another Utd defender though as he is one yellow away from a ban. I’m not against single GW players but I think up front there are going to be plenty of options with 2 games that represent a better opportunity than Vardy IMO. Rest looks grand!

Feel fairly happy with this but that doesn’t seem right ir being the first attempt. Thoughts?

Looks good. I worry about Doherty playing both as he gets a rest a fair bit

DMC. I’d get Jimenez there for sure. And I second the point mentioned by Smash on Doherty. Don’t see much there with Deeney tbh. Also, personally, I’m not planning to have any of Spurs’ attackers. Might want to fit Trippier/Toby in.

      • DMC says:

        Thx Constantine

I appreciate the rotation risk is there for Doherty given that he plays in the next weekend after the two games, but doesn’t Jimenez pode the same risk? That’s what happened a few weeks back when he was rested. And he’s 1.6 more than Doherty so it’s tough.

Deeney also plays in the next weekend and thus is also a rotation risk. I can see Watford scoring at old trafford though.

On the Spurs front, we obviously need to assess form closer to the date but I recommend you need cover. Scoring at Liverpool is not beyond them and then it’s a home game. I wouldn’t bother too much with defenders given the fixtures.

It looks very similar to my first draft. Just worried that all the FH teams will look the same now smile
I even have still some cash in the bank, there is probably room for improvement.
      What do you think?

      • DMC says:

Yeah, it’s all about those little differences and capo choice. Many won’t have a FH though.

I don’t think you need 3 Utd. Lindelof could and should get a ban too so keep an eye on that.

Was planning to play bench boost but we’ll see how the fixtures turn out. And if city gets a double gameweek i might play 3xC instead on aguero…

    1ft and 2,0 itb.
If I was to play BB the obvious move would be to replace McCarthy who seems to have lost his spot, and maybe lindelöf in for kola for -4…

    Any suggestions?
