Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 31

A relatively normal GW, certainly it is if you now consider the norm to be non-stop televised football from 8pm on Friday until 10pm on Monday anyway.

Fulham and Wolves kick us off on Friday night, with fantasy interest probably a bit thin on the ground.

Saturday is relatively short lived for once with Man City and Leeds at lunchtime, Liverpool seeking revenge on Villa in the 3pm game before Palace welcome local rivals Chelsea at 5.30pm. You get the night off after that. To watch Match of the Day.

Sunday is more elongated with Burnley and Newcastle easing us in, literally, as we all find some hoovering or ironing to do instead. Be a good one to earn some brownie points in as the next two look delicious. West Ham and Leicester will go at it at 2.05pm before Spurs and Man United do likewise at 4.30pm. Sheffield United and Arsenal see the weekend out at 7pm.

Monday sees us with two games, the early one at 6pm being West Brom v Saints before Brighton welcome Everton to conclude GW31.

Just be aware that GW32 begins on the following Friday, there are CL games in midweek again and that 32 itself is an odd one: Palace don’t play, Spurs play twice and it goes on for almost a week, but more on that next week.

  1. Might be ok for next week but I really need to do something about GW33. Rocking the 4-5-1 it looks like currently

      Two transfers will do for gw33 it looks like?

      • Yeah prob wise to save if I can or might ditch Cancelo early it depends on his recent mins

    • Is your medium plan to lose your City players Smash or at least some?

      • Yeah Cancelo has to go for GW33 for sure as I have no value in him. Probably another too. Either Gundo or maybe sell Son for one week. I’ve not ruled out going with ten for GW33 but we shall see

      • Yeah Gundo and Cancelo are the ones most likely I guess

    • I think I would move Gundogan and Cancelo on, but you could hold this week and use 2FT next week.

  2. Also thinking of 4-5-1 next week. 1FT 1.7ITB. Frustratingly 0.1 short for DCL& Gundo to Son and Iheanacho. However I have the exact money for Dias and Gundogan to Son and Phillips. Would need to move before Gundogan drops. Alternatively I could wait until later in the week and just do Gundogan to Maddison. I may be better to avoid Son and not risk early transfers and go for Maddison? Or any other thoughts?

    • If you sell Gundo and DCL what do u have to spend with Son bought? I wouldn’t rush early transfer with so many games to play

      • Ignore I’m still asleep see ur 1st sentence!

      • Would definitely wait for this weekends games. If players don’t play midweek could think about a move. Gundo will likely drop sometime during the week.

    • If city progress against Dortmund Dias will be coming out of my team

      • Same here. I had 3 before WC. Should have gone forward with none.

        • I got rid of Gundogan before deadline that’s his 3rd game in a row on the bench in the league

    • Hope Dias don’t come on, Dallas is my First sub

      • That red card may not have helped our situations. Leeds are going to sit deeper now so may need KDB or Gundogan to unlock them

        • It’s not a red card either such a poor decision
