Who do you think is the best replacement for Smalling? Currently have Coleman, Azip, Ward and Bruce. Total of 5.6 to spend.
Evening TheMD, not a very exciting one this and it has flaws aplenty but I would be tempted to grab Flanagan. He’s only 4.3 still and has to be the cheapest you can get a top 4 starting defender for. The flaws are obvious but they will still return clean sheets despite this I believe. Leaves you with 1.3 to play with elsewhere as well.

From a United point of view, last night was predictably horrendous, cushioned somewhat by having Dzeko and Yaya scoring! Good to see Young Tom having a good game though….what is Moyes thinking? How the mighty has fallen eh ?

The worst thing is I think we played better with Cleverley than with Kagawa! He did not link up well with Mata as he did vs West Ham! So annoying. Oh well like you I at least had Zabaleta, Nasri and YYT so it soften the blow….or did it?!! Mata has to go surely…he is a 2 pointer most of the times. But I sense that as soon as we let him go he will score. Hold or boot???Mmmmh….

I wouldn’t blame Kagawa too much – he’s had so little football and at the end there was no midfield by then. Although, to be fair, there wasn’t any midfield all evening.
That is true. He needs to play regularly. I actually really like the team vs West Ham so I donno why Moyes had to change things up so much. Well he had to adapt to the 2 City beasts in midfield! Hoping he plays both Kagawa and Mata from start next GW. Actually thinking we play “less bad” without RVP at the moment….
