Lads – smalling – due back the weekend ad is Evans. Will he play? Might save me a transfer if he does. Surely be a reaction

Guessing Ferdinand won’t play! So Smalling might get the nod in front of Evans who is returning from a long injury…but nothing sure. Moyes is so unpredictable in his team selection sometimes. He can’t stick with his best 11 coz there is no best 11. Lol…or…col (crying out loud)? 😉

This is one of the things I find very odd at the moment with Moyes. At Everton he played the best 11 and if we won he would stick with it. If you lost your place through injury or suspension and your replacement did well then you had to wait your turn to get back in if the team kept winning. He could have done this after the CL game and put down a marker. Everyone knew where they stood and it kept players on their toes. I think he’s got into such a mess at Utd though that he’s forgetting the basics of what got him there.

        • Exactly! Totally right. Maybe the surroundings are bamboozling him…surely if we give him time he will manage. He is a slow starter (as he was with Everton in the beginning) but once the machine get oiled it should take off. I think Fergie told him to rotate and be careful of not exhausting the players too much and he might have done so to the extreme! Moyes is not a bad manager..actually feel for him. Just hope he doesn’t read the media to often! 😉

        • Very true! And you may be right. He may not know what to do with all that cash! I am secretly hoping that Fergie will become his “assistant” manager or something to teach him the ropes. Only time will tell now if Moyes will be successful or not. So let us try and give it to him. But I, like you, wonder if the Glazers will pull the plug sooner rather than later?

Cookie: I might just copy your double up on CFC defenders! Mertesacker is about as valuable as a turd in a bathhouse now!

    Morning everyone.
Many amazing scores around here, keep it up guys!
Also a good week for me so far with 138 points and six still to play.

Feeling a bit lost now as I have 2 FT’s and with 0 ITB I can’t see where I should use at least one of them.

    Mannone, Adrian
    Coleman, Azpi, Zaba, Chester, Dummett
    Haz, YYT, Sterling, AJ, Colback
    SAS, Lukaku

Thoughts on Adrian to a 3,9 keeper to release some funds? If I keep him I’ll only play him ahead of Mannone in GW35.
Also Sterling might have to go, thinking Mutch or Delph but it will weaken my midfield a even bit more… Barkley is a risk due to rotation… Snodgrass has some good fixtures in the next three…
    Any help appreciated.

      NIN says:

Morning Demetrio. Mutch has been scoring very well but i’d have my doubts. As for Mannone or any Sunderland defence, beware, the fixture schedule has been insanely cruel to them so clean sheets are going to be a rarity (To be honest, it’s that bad that i think they’re going down).

      • Albertini says:

Morning NIN, cheers. Nice score also for you and it will get even better tonight!
Sunderland have WHM, EVE, CAR, WBA and SWA home until the end, I can see 3 or 4 CS’s there if they can keep it solid at the back. They have also che, mci and utd away which is worrying but I reckon WHM’s fixtures are worse, with only CPL as a good home game.

        • NIN says:

Maybe so but i don’t see them keeping many clean sheets.

        • Albertini says:

Do you see any cheaper alternative for a keeper with better fixtures? Only Stockdale who is 4.3 but we can’t trust Fulham, can we?!

        • NIN says:

Absolutely not, i’d rather delete my FPL account than bring in Fulham cover haha. Palace and Hull have a dgw each, Hull miss gwk34 though. Mannone may do the business in some games but their next 6 are unpleasant to say the least.

Morning guys! Please help for this week.
    Mannone Ruddy
    Coleman Davies Shaw Ivanovic Gabbidon
    Hazard Mata Nolan Sterling Mutch
    Giroud Suarez Sturridge
So I was thinking of selling Sterling, since I already have SaS, and I want to sell him for a man city player. I have 2.7 in the bank, so the best I can afford in Nasri, I want to get Yaya but he’s 1.9 more. I don’t mind taking a hit to get it, or I can do it over two weeks. Am I thinking of the right move, or do I have other priorities in my team?

      Albertini says:

      Morning Veer.
Nasri is a good shout but if you can get Yaya would be much better. You can sell Mata, Utd will have a blank GW34 but I’d probably keep him for this week.
I’m in the same boat with Sterling… What do you think about Barkley? Should he get enough game time to be considered an option?

      rvp1 says:

@Veer You are defo be concerned about the lack of city midfield you have, If you cannot afford Yaya then Silva is a good should shout, hes been plagued by a couple of injuries this season but when he plays he gets points. although maybe you may want to downgrade Giroud to spare up some cash for Yaya

      • Saosin says:

Is it possible to downgrade Giroud?! :p

I know he scored yesterday, but even a broken clock is right twice a day!

    • 53.3
      NIN says:

Veer – Mata, Nolan, Giroud and Ivanovic are all players you could downgrade for dgw players (with the emphasis on City). Get as many as you can without taking multiple hits. If you can afford Yaya then forget Nasri or anyone else for that matter, money doesn’t come into it where Yaya Toure is involved, he’s worth it.
