Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 32
Just as the Covid restrictions are becoming eased FPL goes all retro on us and casts us back to the mid-2020’s; those glory days when we had a game or two nearly every day to watch in the evening sun. GW32 is spread over 7 separate days and goes from Friday night to sometime next Thursday. We’d say strap in for the ride but in all honesty it’ll be the mundane meandering that we really don’t miss much as the GW goes on, and on, and on…
It may be worth having a flutter to pass the time and if so here you can find some good betting apps on which to do so.
It is of course a DGW, of sorts, with Spurs going twice. They kick us off on Friday with an away trip to Goodison at 8pm.
Saturday is fractured with just the two games either side of the FA Cup semi and the funeral of Prince Philip, our favourite Duke #RIP. Newcastle try to contain Jesse at 12.30pm and ‘ye of little FPL excitement’ Wolves host the same in the form of Sheffield Utd at 8.15pm.
We could continue to list the fixtures one by one but in all honesty we are bored even writing this, never mind thinking about living through them all one by one, very slowly. Bring back Saturday at 3pm please… for Jeff’s sake. The rest are on the pic below, if you can stay awake long enough to read it all.
The games in full…

Newcastle vs West Ham
Its going all wrong for West Ham. Playing a team trying to avoid relegation fear is always tricky.
Defenders getting minus points for goals conceded after they are already sent off is the weirdest fpl rule ever…Dawson is my 1st and I have 2 Man City assets, or in other words, I am doomed.
Well he’s handicapped his team and made them more likely to concede so is partly culpable for any goals conceded.
Leeboy, sure, I get what you’re saying but:
1) Dawson was covering for someone else’s mistake for his first yellow and you don’t have Bowen getting punished for his loose ball;
2) midfielders and strikers also handicap their team when they get sent off but it’s just the red card for them;
3) when defenders get substituted after 60th minute, they get to keep their CS even if their team concedes.
To sum up, I feel like -3 is enough.
Cheers pal.
I feel for you.
Since I bought him on my WC.
Ouch. His last five games includes two OGs, a yellow and a red card. No clean sheets.
Hahaha. Isn’t FPL funny? When I went to bed last night, Harry had (like everyone else) given the Numbats the gift of 824 points, but upon checking this afternoon, I find that West Ham have reduced this to 22 points! Reason being that ace Numbats himself, C Dawson is on – 3 bec of à RC and ace FPL asset Lingard is on 1 pt! Vive the surprises !
Oops I meant 24 points! Not 824!
One can only team of of the day kane scores 71 goals lol
West ham play Chelsea next, and that’s not great ofcourse. But they pretty nice fixtures for the rest of the season. Thinking neto to bowen. Or are two whu midfielders too much? Got 1ft and 0,9 itb…
Trossard or Tielemans (he has great fixtures upcoming).
But they havent done that much lately, tielemans have pretty much done nothing. Bowen has 3 goals and 2 assists in the last 4 games and seems to be on a roll right now…
Bowen is playing out of position as a striker, got an assist vs Newcastle as well, was in two minds whether to get him, but instead went for Pereira, would be a sound choice
Hammers have a tough game at Chelsea and Everton to come. Bowen out of position because of Antonio being out. Not sure when he will be back. Soon I hope. We need Cresswell back, Masuaku and Rice back too.
