Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 33. From 15 games we go straight to the other end of the spectrum with just 6. And boy is this one dragged out! We begin on Friday evening with Liverpool going to Southampton, for a game for once, not just a scouting mission. Saturday then sees just three games and all are at 3pm. Bournemouth entertain Burnley, newly relegated Huddersfield host newly invigorated Leicester and Palace take a trip up north to Newcastle
Just the one game on Sunday as Everton welcome Arsenal before Chelsea ‘welcome’ West Ham on Monday to see us out for the final BGW of the season.
The games in full…

Guys what do ye make of this team?
Just curious what browser/app is this?
Regarding the team – it looks quite good except triple Spurs attack. You can think of an alternate with 1 Def+2 attack to spread out the risk.
No Jimenez love. He seemed the easiest pick for me. Not sure on triple Spurs but that’s the sort of thing that could pay off.
Cheers Smash, my luck has been terrible this season, I’ve nothing to lose at this stage. It was jimenez or lacazette, and everybody will have jim. Just trying to be a bit different I suppose.
I just find the cheap template players are the ones that can cost you
Thanks guys, I’m on wc.
I’d keep the tripp spurs for the next game. Then one of them to pogba, jota or tripp city for the double
Fantasy football manager bud.
Yeah maybe, I’ll try to get salah back in after dgw, was thinking maybe him and jimenez for kdb/Erik and kane.
Trippier or laporte?
Other spurs/city players already on the team are Kane, eriksen, Kun and sterling….
And that brings me to question no.2
Eriksen or Son? (Or Alli)
As much as I fancy City to win the remaining games I’m not sure about clean sheets. I don’t see that many and double is tough for Laporte. As for Trippier it depends on Aurier fitness. Even so doubt he plays both in double Poch loves to rotate full backs.
I’d prefer Son. A bit more rested and he’s always my pick when he’s on the pitch.
Son has been rested a bit lately and that is what I am worrying about. Will he play like 75+ mins every game?
Well Eriksen will always be more nailed. I just always fancy Son for more points generally I think he should get 75 mins in nearly every game left
In that case i believe that son is the way to go, saves some money too…
Laporte and Eriksen for me Alan
Anyone else looking at today as some sort of play off?
If Arsenal keep a CS, then I think Kolasinac comes in. If they dont, I am not sure. If Auba or Lacazette dont start. If Ramsay dont make it.
If Wolves go out and Doherty assists/scores, he stays. If they go through, not sure.
Not sure Wolves have something to play for regardless I don’t think I’ll be put off by them.
As for Arsenal potentially yeah with the forwards. Ozil is interesting. I’d expect them to concede anyway and I think I’ll still take Kolasniac
Goal Machine and other Gooners,
How do you see the rest of the season playing out for Arsenal?
Would you consider Auba or Laca and if so which one? And are they better options that the likes of Kun, Kane, Jimenez, Vardy etc?
With 5 matches out of 7 away from home do we ignore Leno and defence given that you haven’t kept a clean sheet on the road all season?
Is Ramsey worthy of consideration?
Would appreciate all Gooner thoughts.
You’re taking this all very seriously. I can’t decide whether I’m impressed or concerned
Just wait until Jesus appears in his first WC draft!
In Jesus we trust
I am not 100% sure at this point how I will do with ARS players.
(1) Def: The only one to consider is Kolasinac because of attack potential (but he might face rotation too because of his fitness). I do not see many CS – we are too inconsistent and most matches are on the road. Also please note that we have 2 Napoli matches – the toughest of the lot.
(2) Attack – With current form Lacaz looks better – but with other forward options in place like Kun, Kane, Jimenez, Deeney (most of them on PK), I don’t have any space for him. He is in my watchlist though – lets see how he plays vs Everton on the road. That will give a good indication of how the road games will go (Wat, Wol, Lei, Bur – the first 3 are scoring teams, but defensively not great except WOL).
Thanks Goal – yes I meant to include the 2 Napoli ties.
Your answers confirm my thinking that unless things change radically we can go without any Gunners….or at the very least, none are must-haves.
Morning
Finally broke into the top 100k, currently at 89k with laca playing today and hazard, luiz and fab tomorrow.
WC is activated, what do you think to this?
Not bad Mitro.I’m considering Kdb and Deeney (will also have Sterling)over Aguero and Watford mid !
