Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 37

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 37. Both the title itself and the final relegation spot could be decided this week, depending on the results. Conversely we could very well be saying the exact same thing next week. The difference being that if not this week then next week they definitely will be.

We begin with the televised game that we’ve all been waiting for all season. Cancel your plans and settle down as Burnley, who have nothing to play for go to Everton, who have nothing to play for. This is not quite what Friday night games were invented for!

To be fair to the TV companies every other live game this weekend does actually have something riding on it beginning with Spurs trying to guarantee themselves a CL spot as they visit Bournemouth in the early Saturday game. There are then just two 3pm games as West Ham host Southampton in a dead rubber and Wolves go for 7th against a resurgent Fulham.

Cardiff then stare relegation in the face at 5.30pm as Palace pay them a visit before the first part of the title saga gets underway at 7.45pm as Liverpool go to Newcastle.

Sunday sees us with three games as both Chelsea vs Watford and Huddersfield vs Man United begin at 2pm in a battle to see who wants CL qualification the least. Arsenal will chip in with their own bid later at 4.30pm as they host Brighton.

Man City will then see us out on Monday by either bidding to stay in the title race or indeed winning it, depending on Liverpool’s result on Saturday. Leicester will be the team looking to scupper either ambition.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

The title race goes down to the final day. Salah injured for anyone who has him!

    Come on Leicester :woot: !

Well my plan of holding my 2ft to thin out my wolves pack has turned into losing Salah and son now.

Get rid of all of them! Go for an 8 pt hit and throw caution to the wind! I miraculously sold Son for Martial, but only time shall tell if twas worth it! Should have got a few HUD players. It’s their last home game in PL! Mounie for a double (is he still playing?). . Good night one and all – well done Newcastle!

I was hoping to switch Son to Sterling and Jiminez to Long but price changes may do for that, unless I break a few habits and transfer early. Even then it may be too late. And the GW far from over, too. With a European chaser.

Well done to all my Liverpool pals, thought we were good value for a draw but I guess it makes the final GW more interesting from a neutral perspective. 35 with my City trio and captain so not bad and I’ve reduced deficit to 10pts in my ML so like the title it goes down to the final GW… unless sterling massively outscores Kun. All in all, could be worse. Hope Salah is ok next week or that’s both my FTs spoken for.

    39 with only Aguero (c) to play…

ML rival scored 29 and has Ryan, Sterling, Aguero (c) and lacazette to play.

I’m gonna need some inspired moves in 38 to win this. Particularly with Son out and Salah doubtful!
