Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 4
After two bumper game-weeks, perhaps GW3 was merely a reality check. It matters not though as GW4 is upon us already, with fresh promise. It’s quite the condensed affair too, beginning on Saturday and ending on Sunday. Almost old school. Almost.
It begins with Leicester hosting Liverpool in the early game, giving many a Salah captainer a weekend long headache should he fail to produce. Five 3pm games follow in quick succession. Brighton will attempt to keep the Mitro show at bay. Bournemouth will hope to somehow halt Alonso’s inevitable march in to everybody’s fantasy team once again. Zaha will be looking to put one more nail in Hughes’ coffin. Wally will attempt to make amends for Richarlison’s stupidity. And Arnie will make a last ditch attempt to stop Pellegrini being fed to the Wolves.
The evening game should pique some interest as Man City play host to Ashley’s mercenaries. A classic case of an evening captain over an early one once again, in reverse? Perhaps!
Sunday sees us out with three away games for Arsenal, Man United and Spurs, going to Cardiff, Burnley and Watford respectively.

On a better note, first CS for Patricio.. cheersssss
Yep it’s probably been due
feels good
Really hoping B Silva stays on the bench so I get Ings coming in. I shouldn’t have listened to those who suggested playing Wan B over Ings!
I think Bilva is talented enough to pull a Pedro. He got some many goals off the bench last year.
He was due a rest unfortunately for us owners. City rotation is going to be tricky to guess once champions league starts too.
I sincerely hope he does. I don’t want the 2 points from bench fodder McDonald and have only Auba left in another horrible week. I am on the brink of giving up 🙁
Hmmmm really looking at Morata > Mitrovic If I had another 0.1m I could do Zaha > Mitrovic & Morata > Firmino, but Morata have Cardiff next and Mitrovic (Fulham) have Man City away.
Help!
It’s too soon and I’m sure you know that already. Anyway, with Mitrovic’s hard match and Morata’s theoretically ‘easier’ one, even a risky early transfer makes little sense.
Zaha may well be fit again when the looming international break has concluded.
Another -16
No B Silva in, hope he will come in later.
This one’s all about David Silva (Dilva?) for me.
I’m sure that both Aguero (c) and Mendy will be cancelled in almost all competitive mini-leagues.
Mendy, Alonso, Robertson all with assists yet again!
It’s nuts ain’t it
It could be a boring season, everyone with those three in defense…
Not sure it will last
Hopefully not, still, it’ll take even longer for people to actually sell one of them…
Mendy is an FF goldmine. Like a winger who gets you clean sheets as well.
Well, like a winger…
