Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 4
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 4. Thankfully the International break is over and what a way to kick it off in GW4. A Saturday lunch time affair brings with it the most interesting fixture of the week. City will play host to Liverpool and their new arrival Keita…wait, apparently he arrives next season, oh well, at least we get to see how Virgil van Dijk fits in. As for City, while Alexis did not arrive, Aguero is more than capable of taking up the pouting. That game is followed by five 3pm games. Big money Arsenal welcome in The Cherries, high scoring Brighton tangle with The Baggies, Everton will look to sober up after that drunken performance last time out when they meet up with September Kane. Leicester look to steal some points off the champions and Saints and Watford mix it up in a battle of two unbeaten teams. We finish the Saturday fixtures when the powerful Man United side pay a visit to Bet365 stadium, where I am sure the owners will take your bets on United crushing the home team.
Sunday makes us wish we were still in the International break as Burnley gets their chance at 3 easy points when Palace comes in and if that wasn’t punishment enough we get hit with Swansea vs Newcastle in the late game.
Sunday had some terrible games, but not to worry, as Monday will not be outdone and they offer up equally unwatchable stuff when The Hammers welcome in Huddersfield.

Forster
Mee Davies Yoshida
Willian Ritchie Eriksen Alli
Benteke Jesus Lukaku
Elliot Dawson T.Carroll Hunemeier
Morning LRL. I’d really want to get pool coverage with Firmino. Maybe downgrade Willian to raise the additional funds?
Just sold Mane -> Eriksen. Getting Firmino would require a hit.
I get that, just think the hit would be paid off quite quickly, maybe even this weekend. However if your opposed to that route I think Rooney’s a good a call as any in that lower price bracket. After the Manchester game (where you think he’d have a point to prove) his fixtures take a turn for the better.

Little Red, I’ve seen Welbeck’s name tossed around bit. I haven’t seen him play yet, but you can’t argue with his returns at his price! This is not a 100% endorsement though as I’m uncertain what will happen when Arsene thinks Sanchez is ready. Could be god in the meanwhile though!
HEATON | Burnley look set to be without goalkeeper Tom Heaton for “months, not weeks” after the Clarets skipper suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder in the win ovedr Crystal Palace.
Heaton landed awkwardly collecting a cross in the 36th minute of a tight match won by an early Chris Wood strike.
And after the England international was taken to hospital for treatment, manager Sean Dyche was bracing himself for the worst possible news.
Have to admit I was a bit gutted to see Burnley reserve keeper was 4.5 when he went off injured
Lads, comments on this WC draft. 0.2 ITB. Note that those are not the only transfers, as I already made some. Yes, no City cover – I know, but with CL matches coming up, rotation will be heavier there and goals can pretty much come from anyone and if I am to pay 10+ m for striker, I would like to see him start each week. I gave a lot of thought on the Lukaku/Alli vs Kane/Pogba debate and think that the first two can maybe score more, but considering captain options, Kane is nailed on for the next 4 GWs. Else, I will be biting my nails each weekend.
I was also considering Coutinho for Pogba if I switch a 4,5 def to a 4 one, but not worth the risk at this point it seems.
I just realized, I can also go Davies/Pogba to Jones/Alli (with one 4m def), but this sounds like overkill in the Spurs attack.
Would not drop Davies at the moment, best defender in the game for both form, fixtures and underlying stats.
On the debate, I think Lukaku and Alli both score 200 this year (Kaku 220, Alli 200) which is 640 if you captain Lukaku consistently. I think Kane scores 240 max and Pogba scores 150, which is 630 if you captain Lukaku every week. However, I think Morata scores around 200 this year which would give 600 combined with Alli – however, this gives you extra spending money for at least one of Azpi, Cahill, Alonso, Walker, Baines defender who will outscore *all* 4.5 defenders by at least 50 points for a total of 650.
To summarise, they’re all pretty much the same and I hate how much time I spend trying to justify everything when my conclusions are useless.
But yeah, don’t drop Davies.
brilliant, well I transferred out De Bruyne and Kolasinac for Salah and Alonso last week, talk about disastrous
The De Bruyne to Salah move is completely justifiable, many did the same, and its just unfortunate Mane got sent off so Salah only got 45 mins.
The Kola to Alonso move was a bit weird considering fixtures (I know his gametime was dodgy weeks 2/3 but with the Ox gone he was likely to come back) but will definitely pay off longer term – maybe even this weekend when Chelsea win 5-0.
Thanks man. I agree with the above, but this team will not be fixed till the end of the year and considering the next 4 GWs, I think Kane is the standout captain. Will try to fit Lukaku back in after. Thankfully I had him from GW1, so will only loose 0.1m in price. Considering fixtures, I will not invest in a Chelsea defender for now.

Hi guys,
Is it worth doing Willian and Mooy to Eriksen and Doucourie for a -4?
I would do it. Eriksen is in great form and look at those fixtures. Might even rise in price once more before the end of the week.
Eriksen already went up so don’t think he will rise again till friday
Yeah probably but wait till after tonight’s game
Thoughts on this team? I feel like I need to add one of Alli/Kane and would also like Morata. I already got rid of Mane for Eriksen and I’m wondering about Kompany and Willian as well. If not then what should I do this week? I have 3.9m ITB, so I could do Chicharito -> Morata (possibly after the match today). City have a good run of fixtures so I’ll probably hang on to Kompany if he’s fit (is he ever really fit?).
Or, Should I just play the WC? Here are two WC options:
Original team:
DDG – Elliot
Komp/Berty/Davies/Suttner/Mariapa
Willy/Pog/Erik/Carrol/Jesé
Firm/Jesus/Chicha
I’d see how Hernandez does tonight. Morata move will work if it don’t work out. Jesé to Salah maybe another option
