Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5.
We have no less than seven games to get us back into the swing of things on Saturday and many a captaincy decision will be tested early doors as Liverpool host Newcastle in the first one at lunchtime.

We then have five 3pm games as Burnley visit Brighton for a clash of styles, a beleaguered Man United host a vibrant Leicester, Sheffield United look to continue where they left off against Chelsea as they play a Saints team unsure of their identity or ability, Spurs look to rediscover theirs as they face Palace and then Wolves look to shake off the Europa shackles when they face the kids of Chelsea.

Saturday draws to a conclusion as Man City hammer Norwich.

Sunday sees two games; in the first Bornemouth will be looking to kickstart their season with a win against Everton and the later game sees Watford host Arsenal.

We have a Monday game this week and it’s the ever improving and promising Villa against the seemingly never-improving and perpetualy disappointing West Ham.

The games in full…

  1. Mane goal, ROBERTSON assist. :biggun:

  2. Guy in my league captained vvd. And he has aguero :biggun:

  3. Mane second

  4. Had Mane as a captain until the last minute then changed to Kun

    • At least you have him, 80.9% of FPL managers doesn’t 😉

    • With Mane only 1m cheaper than Salah it’s just so hard to justify having him, you should be expecting Mane to keep track with Salah, of course it could happen but it might not…

      • I think Mane will be the pool shining star this season. Salad will be off everyone’s menu very soon

        • Isn’t that what I said 2 years ago? 😎 He’s still getting better all the time.

        • That’s what you said last season too!

        • Dan, you love affair with Mane has been on and off over the time and I can see that he is in the dog house once again smile

        • haha I did have him the ENTIRE season when Mo was killing me every week, no more! I’ll admire him from afar for now 😉

        • I was surprised to see that after playing the WC you kept Salah over Mane. Don’t expect to see fireworks from him apart from his customary goal and the odd assist here and there 😉

        • Mane was my man when he was a Soton, now he’s off my radar for the obvious reasons, now Salah scores so that’s good too smile

        • This is the season of pragmatism, not only Salah over Mane but also Sterling shhhh

  5. What is Salah doing? sad

  6. A good week for us Maners, and captained too.

    • Need Salah to score a hat trick to ease the blow laugh

      • Only 2 more to go :p
