Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5.
Back to reality. Or at least some semblance of it. We kick off on Saturday lunchtime with the title decider between Everton and Liverpool at 12.30pm.
The (new look) Soccer Saturday have been snookered again with just the one 3pm game to get their politically correct teeth into as Chelsea welcome Southampton.
Man City and Arsenal face off in the ‘tea-time’ game at 5.30pm
Newcastle and Man United see us out on Saturday at 8pm.
Sunday sees four games with Sheffield United and Fulham getting us under way at 12pm, followed by Palace and Brighton at 2pm, Spurs and West Ham at 4.30pm with Leicester and Villa in the late slot at 7.15pm.
We then have two games on Monday again with West Brom and Burnley at 5.30pm (interesting to see who will fork out 15 quid for that one!). Leeds and Wolves complete our GW at 8pm.
The games in full…

Kane(c) and Son got me 45 pts (37 + 8bp). That’s only one short of my whole team last week !
Good news. Have both too.
The good news is that Kane and Son are likely to retain the BPs
Moyesie’s the man!
Thoughts on TAA? I’m starting to feel that premium defenders are just not worth the price this season.
Yes and no. Clean sheets are rare, so attacking returns are what you are looking for from the defence. Therefore TAA and Robertson are still great options, it’s just whether you need the cash elsewhere.
Hmm…
You’ll save him for a few more weeks, he does ok’ish but not well enough for his price bracket. You suffer price drops for your loyalty.
A double week is announced, you go for a premium midfielder to TC and to afford him, you ditch the loser that is TAA.
Time passes, your premium is injured and you’re rewarded with three measly points for the DGW.
Meanwhile, TAA returns to form with two double digit hauls.
An old ulcer makes its return and your monthly bills are now in.
If your looking to bring in kane or son then I’d ship him.
No points for my captain Vardy then..
Who’s vice Shadow?
Sterling so not terrible.
Ended up doing a Raz and forgetting to do anything to my team.
:big-lol:
phew that’s good, but Keane on the bench. Tough luck that.
The way this season is going there could be defenders who play every game and finish the season with virtually no points, well may be just 30 something!!!!
Shaw is on track…
