Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 6
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 6. Choo choo, all aboard the Kun train… Best hope he starts then or there will be fantasy managers throwing themselves under it at about one minute past 2pm today! Quite why a hat-trick last week indicates another one imminently we aren’t sure but let’s see what happens. It’s a bit of a strange FPL week as we actually have 8 games today (Saturday), and then just the 1 on both Sunday and Monday.
We begin with a London derby as West Ham host Spurs at lunchtime, in what has in recent past been a title decider.
3pm gets busy then with no less than 6 games on the go with the likes of Chelsea, Man City and Man United all featuring.
Saturday is rounded off with Liverpool visiting Leicester.
Sunday’s lonely game sees Brighton host Newcastle at 4pm. And sees the Toon fans getting home on Monday morning at some point, if they are lucky. Wonderful planning from the PL again!
We close the week out with Arsenal hosting West Brom at 8pm on Monday.
We love to hear how you are doing in FPL terms but also how you think the games are going so please feel free to post anything you like in the comments below.

Cookie, whats the update on Palace striker situation with Bentekke injured?
Kind of hoping RLC starts playing up there. They don’t really have anyone
Palaces next 2 games are man u and Chelsea.. why’s this a question lol
Haha very good point!
Well, some of us are looking for a bit of extra information about the clubs as well…
B, in answer to your question I would assume that with all their recognised strikers injured and Zaha not quite ready they will look for a false no.9 (RLC, Townsend, Sako??).
Bottom line its a pretty desperate situation although an optimist would suggest that whoever plays there can’t do any worse!
Six games, six losses, no goals – your interest is interesting me
They could also look around for a free agent somewhere.
Where’s Adebayor when you need him?!
Wondering how Roy will dodge this situation is Bentekke is out for long term. Would be good for RLC owners though.
If you have him I’d say hold him. Not sure if I’d be getting him in on a hope though.
Thoughts on my lot guys?
1 FT and 2.6mn in the bank
Appreciate your help guys
Wilian to Salah?
Looks solid mate
But then I will be left with 0.4 ITB to change Firmino
Not a lot of options there
Or should I just do that and not think much of the future?
Hey Nishant – I would see the Willian move as more pressing. That said I have Ince since the start and still havent got rid. It comes down to your tactic re Firmino. If its Vardy, then its ok. If its a Morata then thats different.
I’d do Firmino to either Vardy or Morata. Going Vardy obviously leaves you money to fix the midfield a bit.
That’s invaluable help there
Cheers Init
Vardy looks the target next week
And then Morata after the Man City game is done
May be
Willian > Salah. Hold both Salah and Firmino for Newcastle, then then transfer out Firmino for Vardy.
+1
Hi guys,
Thinking of ridding mkhi and Jesus to either get Aguero/Lukaku and a midfielder.
Any thoughts on whether aguero or lukaku? (Leaning towards Lukaku because of pep rotation policy)
Which below 7.0 midfielder should I get?
Thanks!
Or perhaps Jesus to vardy and upgrade on a defender or midfielder?
Guys I’m thinking of doing the following: Alonso and obiang to walker/azpiliqueta and Davis. What do u think and which one, cheers guys.
i guess you mean Steven Davis? im not sure if thats worth it to be honest
OK cheers, but if I leave it as is I have Carroll and obiang to rotate.
Not for me
Thoughts on transfer for following GW? For 2FTs and 1.1M itb.
Thinking of Lowe > Cedric, and bench Alonso since he faces City. Southampton has outstanding fixtures. Or maybe play 4 defenders at the back, and bench Carroll?
Move makes sense and play Alonso over Carroll
+1. Alonso could fetch a goal/assist. Carroll would just give 2 points
Decent GW for me after long. on 69 with Elliott and Suttner still to go.. Potential CS could take me near 75 mark, which is OK i guess. Had 2 FTs and used one to do Firmino to Vardy. Leicester have very nice fixtures ahead abd he shall be the pivot for every attack. What else should i do?
