It’s another four day GW as we begin Halloween weekend on Friday evening, fittingly with the Wolves howling against the Eagles. Don’t worry we won’t continue the theme any longer…

Saturday sees just the 3 games with Sheffield United welcoming Pep and his lack of strikers at lunchtime. Just the one 3pm game again (Jeff will be turning in his grave) as Chelsea visit Burnley. Saturday finishes with Klopp and his lack of defenders hosting West Ham.

Sunday begins with Villa vs Southampton at 12pm, followed by Newcastle vs Everton at 2pm, Man Utd vs Arsenal at 4.30pm and ends with Thelma & Louise vs Brighton at 7.15pm.

On Monday the PL will again push our patience by asking for 15 quid to watch Fulham and West Brom at 5.30pm before our GW draws to a close with Leeds hosting Leicester at 8pm.

  1. Thoughts on Foden going forward? Has he lost his place to Torres or will he play over Mahrez?

    • Rotation. Continuously.

    • I’m still ok with him. He was sick in the week so think that’s why he missed out. Still think he will get enough mins to be worth 6.5 especially when City start scoring some goals. It’s not like he’s 11.5 like Sterling and KDB

    • Could go either way. You’re unlucky, that’s all.

    • Zaha was a fair choice. However, I’m starting to think it is opposite year. So, if you have a choice of options, pick the least attractive options – or it least at random – and it should be a good call! :wink2: :good:

  4. DCL, if he blanks today – is the streak over. Are people keeping him for much longer? If Bamford scores again this weekend surely we’ll see a lot of managers hopping over.

    • Fulham up next… depends on getting some of those injured players but though I think

    • Depends when j rod is back. Without him Everton lack creativity so less chances for dcl

    • I think he’ll get the benefit of the doubt from me due to both his usual full backs, his main creator and his strike partner are not around him today.

  6. I was set on getting Antonio to replace Mitrovic, then he got injured. Seeing today’s match I decided to go for Ings, then he got injured, and it doesn’t sound good. Now, Chelsea have Sheffield United, Newcastle, Tottenham, and Leeds in the next four matches. Is it crazy of me to consider bringing in Werner again?
