Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 7

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 7. Your last chance for some FPL points before we go off again on another pointless international break and all your star players get to globe trot like carbon emissions are a thing of the past. GW7 spans just Saturday and Sunday this time and we begin with Spurs on the road (that’s good Spurs then) as they go to Huddersfield at lunchtime. We then have five 3pm kick-offs. None of which look particularly exciting if we are being totally honest! Man United hosting Palace may be for those who captained Lukaku, but then again who didn’t! Hence the lack of excitement…

The best game on Saturday (in theory) is being kept back until the evening and sees the current champs Chelsea host the probable next ones Man City. Or so it seems. You could probably have said the same this time last season. And been proven very wrong. Which makes it just the more intriguing this time.

Sunday is a veritable feast, at least compared to last week! Arsenal host Brighton in the early game, Koeman will hope that Niasse can keep him in a job a week longer in the 2.15pm one and then we round the week off with Liverpool going to Newcastle and the TV companies flogging the possibility of another 4-3 classic. Monkeys and typewriters and all that…

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW7 from all at FF247!

If you were to WC how many changes would do? Your team is solid and only needs a few minor touches IMO

      • Smash10 says:

As you know Mitro though too well there is always changes that can be made. That’s the thing prob not enough changes at this current stage to make it worth while. Happy with a big 3 up top. I like Salah in there. Need some City coverage

      Hi Smash,

I have the same two goalkeepers as you and getting a bit scunnered with the lack of clean sheets.

Chelsea, City, Leicester and Everton fixtures greatly improve now, is it worth an upgrade?

Tom Carroll seems like the new Darren Fletcher (Mr 2 points), so again an upgrade there could be beneficial. Perhaps to Doucoure although Watford fixtures do take a turn for the worse.

      Hope this helps.

Morning folks, quick question. Several of my players have had price rises over the last few weeks(Jones, Davies, Micky, Salah, Erik, Kane, Jesus) but it has not changed in my specific fpl squad? Why is this?

What I mean is are they both part of this website?

Just so I know which league pays me the money at the end of the season 😉

As per Brooky says J. Anyone who just looks at the site can join the FF247 league, whoever they may be. A lot of the teams owners are not regulars around the site. I started the regulars leagues, classic and H2H, for the peeps who are always posting comments. You don’t have to be posting every day just here and there. With the regulars leagues we know who everyone is and it creates a bit of banter. I think there are prizes for both classic leagues and there is promotion and relegation in the H2H leagues. Drop me a mail at elleffcee@fantasyfootball247.co.uk
Tell me your name, site user name and team name and i’ll mail you the code to the classic league. The H2H leagues close at the start if gw 1.

67 points with Salah left to play and even with a blanking Lukaku I’m happy with that score.
    How is everyone else looking?

So what are we wishing for today guys?

Goals from Ramsey and Joselu, and the usual performance from our man Salah.
