A -12 ain’t worth a wildcard is it
well im thinking a -8 Smash, Son, Pukki and VVD out, Vardy, Kdb and Pereira
Although Pukki could be on the slide tonight, so Pereira could be any Leicester defender!!!
No, but would you like to do more changes as well?
Nah think that might be it which I do t think Is really enough for a wildcard. I have Barnes (really needs to go this week), Digne and Pukki who might need to go. I’d like Gazaniga instead of Pope if Lloris is out long term
You trust Spurs still?
Enough for a 4.4 keeper. They don’t have to be too great
That’s a good job then isn’t it? :mosking:
Just got back from the match, Man U are terrible … thankfully!
Ended up on a bittersweet 50 points, Zinchenko coming on for 0 was a kick in the nuts with Dunk 10 points stuck on the bench!
Captain fail 6/8 too but got away with it this week!
I just can’t get a captain right this season!
Presume you mean Dunk 😉
50 is a great score though
yeah that’s what i said 😉
I’d take 50 this week bud.
Well done on both fronts!
Cheers mate! Let’s hope we can do the same in 3 weeks!
I bought a Wolves scarf already. I’m going to get kicked out aren’t I?!
Unless you bought it from Sports Direct.
I’m not convinced showing that to the ‘Newcastle Ultras’ will do the trick……
Hi all, just got in.
Who got the top score for their captain?
I’ll got first PEA 2 points X2 4 points.
Boom!! Sterling… the same!!
Yeah guess I should be relieved he did not get booked
Pukki 1 x 2 :dash:
The captain picks were widely spread amongst Sterling, Kun, Auba and some even went for Pukki. All ended in the same boat with 4 points. That shows that is good to think outside the box sometime. Following the herd is just FOMO. Crossed my mind to take a punt on Mane, then said-nah, Leicester will park the bus and he will get nothing. Completely overlooked Abra and Mount and there we go…
FOMO or just following the obvious points route? Same difference isn’t it? I’m sure we all just pick who we think / hope may get the most points that week? Can’t say I’ve ever picked one out of fear. Not having a go btw, just discussing a point. :good:
You are absolutely right init. What I meant by FOMO is, for example this week I was seriously thinking to go with someone outside the popular choices. Then, I thought- No, City at home will be a massacre with 5-6 goals and Kun is bound to be involved. If I don’t go with it, everyone else will and I will be left behind. Little that I knew
Is anyone considering keeping Pukki ????
No, unless injuries forces me to keep him
Would love to have this for gw9
Yeah same it don’t look possible for me though
I’m 0.4 short for that one also.
I think he might survive another week with me but I’m not sure. Barnes is a bigger issue
Nope. Binned him already
I am thinking Kun & Pukki to Vardy & Auba, is this worth -4 ? I have just enough if I do it today.
NOOOOOO Piksi.
Next gameweek is miles away.
but GP, Pukki is going down in price tonight!!!
I hope you’re being sarcastic with me hammer :scratch_one-s_head:
Nope, seriously, his price is going down tonight.
No that wasn’t the sarcastic part.
I don’t dispute that his price is going down. I question the wisdom of selling him tonight because of it.
Well I know if I sold him tonight I can afford Vardy…lol
But the risk is its too early unless on a wildcard due to the international break.
Pukki is one of a few I want to get rid of
Unless I had either a wildcard or two free transfers I wouldn’t make any moves until after the next lot of press conferences ahead of next gameweek.
Well I only have 1 transfer, and a wildcard, but reluctant to use it yet.
Thanks to both, still undecided, it is risky to do it early, but if lucky, could work well.
I vote against any -4 involving selling Kun. Let alone one 13 days before the next deadline. Chill piksi.
Early thoughts on what to do here. I have two free transfers and nothing in the bank. Not sure I want to continue with 3-4-3. Still have the wildcard
A) Connoly and Hudson-Odoi in for Cantwell and Barnes
B) Connolly and Vardy in for Barnes and Pukki
C) Tomori, Wilson and Gazanigga in for Digne, Barnes and Pope (-4)
D) Vardy, Hudson-Odoi, Greenwood and Aurier in for Barnes, Cantwell, Pukki and Digne (-8)
I think A seems the most sensible just now Smash.
Think I’d be happy with B… CHO might be Chelsea overkill with Mount and Tammy already, although they all are great value I know, but still I prefer Vardy to adding a third Chelsea attacker by a country mile I think. You could get them both for -8 in D but I don’t think you really need to do it, Digne to Aurier for a hit for instance, don’t think it’s wise at all…
B for me smash
What u doing with salad? He has been frustrating
Salah
I still prefer him to Mane but that’s just my preference. Liverpool are currently the best team so makes sense to keep with him plus are United and Spurs that tough fixtures in current form
I’m thinking A really I think. I don’t mind the triple Chelsea because of their prices, fixtures and play attacking football. B would have to be Greenwood now as Vardy went up. Then I think I’d be looking at Vardy in the following week by giving Digne and Pukki one more week as not the toughest fixtures
