Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 8 and there’s no bigger match in English football to get us under way as Man Utd visit Liverpool. Five 3pm matches follow as Burnley host West Ham, pointless Palace welcome the posh boys of Chelsea, free scoring Man City host Stoke, Bournemouth are this week’s visitors to Wembley, as they try and stop the HurriKane, and the prize for the dullest game of the day goes to Swansea vs Huddersfield. Early evening sees the Gooners make the short trip to Watford. Two matches follow on Sunday – first up struggling Everton get a day by the seaside as they go to Brighton before Southampton welcome Newcastle further along the coast. The Premier League has decided to treat us a 3-day game-week and our Monday Night Football sees Leicester hosting West Brom.

Well, if that’s not enough for positive thinking let me tell you that you absolutely are not the only one capping Kane when he blanks. We all did this term and many (all who had him) also did back in gw 4 vs the swans and he also blanked then. He also then scores braces for fun when away from wembley so that’s him. The bad news is that he plays again at home next gw. The good ones, is that it’s vs Liverpool!

You have Ben Davies in your team for next week. You have Morata. Its a good place to be . There is a good core there. My advice is to be patient. Dont go crazy with hits and get there over time

Lack of City attack has killed me this week. How do I fix it with 0.7 ITB & 1FT? Open to any suggestions.
Laca to Jesus is the easy and obvious move, but unfortunately I’m 0.5 short of Kun.
Maybe look at doing Laca, Hazard & Vardy to Kun, Morata & Sterling/Pogba over the next few weeks?
Lacazette to Aguero, Hazard to Sterling? Sorts it in one gw?
Yea that’s what I’m thinking. Slightly concerned at Sterling’s minutes with Kun’s return though? And I don’t usually like taking hits when the players I’m ditching could easily score themselves!
I’m pissed off with Lacazette. City have an embarrassment of attacking talent. Sterling getting returns every week in the last number. Sane or resting Jesus is more likely imho.
So am I… I’m pissed off with myself for getting him. It was only ever gonna be a stop gap and I played the fixtures instead of sticking with my gut.
Kun & Sterling for a -4 is sounding more and more appealing. Apparently Hazard was nowhere today too. I’m gonna blame the Hazard one on Init tho 😉
