Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 9
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 9. We are back from another International break and the gameweek kicks off with Toon hosting Chelsea in a lunchtime affair. That is followed by three more fixtures, all spread out of course, as is the new norm. Villa tangle with Brighton and after that we see Spurs take on City. The day comes to an end with Manchester United welcoming in West Brom.
Sunday brings us four more games. The day starts with Fulham taking on Everton. The Blades then play host to The Hammers, which is followed by Bielsa’s pupils facing off against Arteta’s boys. Those were all the appetizers though as the best fixture was left for last with Liverpool’s U12’s (or whatever they have left fit) facing off versus first place Leicester.
Monday gives us the last two fixtures. Burnley take on Palace and Wolves close out the gameweek when they encounter Saints.

I was thinking of other ideas for chips today. Like a chip to swap your captain midweek to someone who hasn’t played yet or swapping a bench player. Do you y’all have any ideas for additional chips? I know this is going to get buried in this thread but just thinking out loud I guess.

Thats a rule change really rather than a chip. We do it in Bundesliga – change the captain (star player) to someone who hasn’t played and control the subs on&off manually. Both good aspects I think but it does mean forfeiting even more time to the game !

As a chip I would like floating captain which you play if you’re not sure who to cappo and the highest scorer gets the armband

I was thinking to make it more of a gamble like the TC chip that it would have to be to a player who has yet to play that week.
