Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 9
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 9. We are back from another International break and the gameweek kicks off with Toon hosting Chelsea in a lunchtime affair. That is followed by three more fixtures, all spread out of course, as is the new norm. Villa tangle with Brighton and after that we see Spurs take on City. The day comes to an end with Manchester United welcoming in West Brom.
Sunday brings us four more games. The day starts with Fulham taking on Everton. The Blades then play host to The Hammers, which is followed by Bielsa’s pupils facing off against Arteta’s boys. Those were all the appetizers though as the best fixture was left for last with Liverpool’s U12’s (or whatever they have left fit) facing off versus first place Leicester.
Monday gives us the last two fixtures. Burnley take on Palace and Wolves close out the gameweek when they encounter Saints.

Would I be mad to downgrade Mane to Jota? It would free up nearly 6 mil. Mane just isn’t justifying his price tag in a team that aren’t struggling to score goals

If you took Salah out this week are you bringing him back in any time soon?

Agree with you hammers, I took him out and looking to just bring him back in. Salah can hurt you just by not having him for a few weeks.
I am thinking the same thing, but the only players I can take out are Fernandes, Sterling or Son!!! Dont really want to take out any of those, thats the problem

Had the armband on DCL for 26 points.
Currently sitting with 66 points with Zaha, Coady and Jimenez left to play.
First sub is Bellerin with 9 points so hoping Coady (who is yellow flagged doesn’t play).

For the next three/four games:
Vardy or Kane
Son or KDB
Foden or Jota

Vardy, KBD and Jota.
Although that comes from somebody who is keeping Kane and Son!
Vardy, KdB and Jota based on fixtures and apparent playing time on the last one. But FPL is not that easy. Hard to drop the Spurs guys despite their fixtures until they show us otherwise and the last one is tricky in the sense that 2 gameweeks from now it could be Foden scoring and Jota getting 20 minutes.
I want Vardy, but that would mean dropping Kane, in my case. Kane has delivered a goal or assist in 8 straight Gameweeks. :dunce: I am very worried about selling him and being left wearing a dunce hat. Same can be said for Son who is now tied with Kane on fpl points and is good value compared to the big mids in the game.

It’s the typical fpl dilemma between form and fixtures but it’s way more complicated this year. I also need to find a way to bring Salah back. I guess I will go step by step cause there might be another 19020 injuries/illness to take care of. I start finding it hard to plan anything in advance…
