Sunday has 4 games crammed in at 2pm; Arsenal v Crystal Palace, Aston Villa v Man City, Bournemouth v Forest and Wolves v Burnley. Before Everton and Spurs round the GW off at 4.30pm.

The games in full…

  1. Van der ven scores. rofl

    • Twice! Figures since I played Rodon over him.

    • Micky Van der van, Micky Van der van! Nanananananan dance

    • Van de Ven is saving what could be the worst ever GW for me friends

      • Same! 58 points all out post VDV. Up to 74K OR kiss

        • Hahaha – I had to look, but this IS deffo the worst GW score for me this season! Seems to be a good week to have a bad week (still sh**e though!).
Good on you fellas for having Micky. smile

      • Not for me dash

      • The fact u have him must have massively boosted ur rank.. i had him early in season before wc, then just got vicario who i benched this gw for dubravka.. bad

      • I traded him out about 3 weeks ago. The only saving grace was I traded him to Gabriel. Still hurts

  2. Manic depression Sunday! After several weeks of halving my ranks and more, (6.7m in GW4 to 2.7 m in GW 6, then into 1.2m in GW8), I have scored 36 pts after bonus, and blown out to 1.35m again! Gonna rage trade Gyok to Mateta tonight, then wait till Weds or Thurs to do JP > Kroupi Jr (whom I started the season with!!!) + Rudolph the Red-nosed Reijneders to Mbeumo (or Bruno) for a -4 pt hit! I don’t give a damn – I know Bournemouth are playing City away next week, but it’s the best way I can see to get in Mbeumo + Mateta, while cleaning out those other hapless mugs from my team! Enough patience – I’m getting itchy trigger fingers!
Hope y’all had a wonderrfulll weekend mes amis! smile
    AJW 😉

    • In fact, JP to Mateta tonight (he’s going up in price, and Joao P’s the same price – seems a better decision! For the moment….!

    • Your season rank is very similar to mine. Same story.

Last week traded reindeer to Enzo and Tarkowski to Richard’s.

I should have/could traded in Roden

  3. Well now I have 30 points on the bench and a red arrow. This week turned south on one match.

    dash

    • This is 2nd post i see here like this. Don’t think i ever had 20 or more on my bench in my 15 year fpl career.

      • My back line was Timber, Rodon, and Chalobah. Who would have guessed VDV would hang 23? I was ecstatic about 13 from Rodon. I never thought Sunderland would step all over Chelsea so my defense choices looked solid for the week. Like Raziel said these were freak accidents.

  4. Anyone else thinking of free hit next gw? After a bad gw and many of my players with not great fixtures, think gonna play it next gw. . Haven’t seen any posts on free hits here, so best to use when really required as no blanks or doubles 1st half of season.

    • Was thinking of it Reg, but for me it feels like a waste. Gonna wait till I’m in a sticky situation for it.
      Hope you’re well.
      AJW.

    • GW13 looks a perfect week to free Hit

  5. Last week I traded Tarkowski to Richards to get cash to go Reindeer to Enzo.

This left 0 itb. Meaning I can’t go JP to Mateteh this week.

I thought about, and should have go to Roden instead and saved 0.4.

Only have the 1 trade this week, should I take a hit and go Richards to Roden this week to allow JP to Matetah?

Or hold JP because his run of games is still pretty good and surely he will come good

    • Gday Bunnies.
Maybe a good idea. I’d say do it, but then JP comes to bite us on the bum! I did JP to Mateta last night in a very hasty move. We’ll see how it transpires!
Hope you’re well and the fishing is good ! smile

    • What is the rest of your team?
      What about Welbeck?

      • I was concerned about price changes, so did the trade for a -4

I could have traded out Bowen instead, but I think he has a better chance of scoring over next couple of weeks

        • Hmm the trouble is, I cannot see Bowen getting anything against Newcastle, you can only really stick with him for now, I would keep him for the Burnley game and if he doesn’t do anything drop him, it doesn’t look like he will drop in price again for a while, but at £7.8m there are a couple of cheaper options, Woltemade, Welbeck, Sesko and Thiago maybe.

        • Bowen was a 4 week wonder. i thought that he plays 90 mins every week, and they had a run of 4 nice games, traded Evanilson to Bowen a couple of weeks ago. he had an assist last week was ok, will be moved on after Burnley at home

  6. It looks like there could be a lot of price changes tonight!
