Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 9. We get started early with our FPL weekend with a Friday match up of West Ham’s Jose ‘2 point’ Hernandez vs that guy with the weird B or double ss, Groß from Brighton. Saturday then sees the struggling champions Chelsea facing off against the surprising Hornets. Five 3pm games follow that lunch time affair. Huddersfield host the ‘scared of Liverpool’ Manchester United, City go for 10 goals vs Burnley, Newcastle takes on Hodgson and all his memes, Stoke show their face vs Bournemouth and Swansea tangle with the Shakespeare-less Leicester. Sunday brings a conclusion to GW9 with Everton and their soon to be sacked Koeman versus the will never be sacked Wenger and his castrated XI. That is followed by the best fixture on paper when future Real Madrid star Harry Kane trolls his GW8 FPL captaincy backers by scoring a brace vs Liverpool in what hopefully is end to end stuff.

Thinking of bringing in a cheap defender. Is Mariappa actually a good shout? Or do we think we will be dropped soon?
I’m on 33 points with Kane, Davies, Bellerin and Lacazette to play. Also will have my (C) changed to Lukaku as Sterling didn’t play – so that’s an extra 6 points when my sub comes in too.
Strangely I think I’ve gained on everyone in my ML; shows how bad a week it’s been

When you activating your WC?
I have no idea still . I was pretty certain I’d do it this week but don’t think I am. I’m happy with my main players but I’d change my whole defence I think. My rank is horrible but think I have been unlucky with a lot of my decisions
Yeah your team just needs a few tweaks to be honest, you still have Kane and a few more to play tomorrow…
What you thinking of doing for next weekend?
Yeah a fair amount. Think I’m one big injury away from activating it. I have wanted Richarlson for weeks but I have always been 0.1 short or had an injury to deal with. B suggested Burnley defender in for Suttner. Davies and Cedric need to go soon. Still unsure on what strikers are the ones to have as well
if they are all fit and firing I would have Kun Kane and morata! But there are at least another 3 who will probably have a similar tally towards the end of the season.
Richarlison is a decent player who I brought him in GW3 so I’m glad it’s been paying off! He should have had two goals today, can’t believe he missed that sitter, if he you can get him in then do it, Watford are playing really well at the minute.
What’s your Thoughts on hazard? I took a hit and brought him in for this GW.
Yeah Richarlson should have had a couple. I think your right with the forwards. I think Morata is worried about his hamstring currently.
I think Hazard is expensive personally. He still gets taken off on occasions and still don’t always do the business away from home. Yeah he’s a really good player but I think the cash is better used up top
Once my auto subs kick in I will have 40 with Eriksen and Kane to play. Not great but not as bad as it could have been
