  1. Somewhat toying with a WC. Current team is below and WC idea in the first comment. What say ye?

    • WC

      • I would stay away from Chalobah, Palmer, Deverny, Woltemade and Ekitike. Timber not essential if you need money to upgrade. Even Foden is looking sluggish. A good GK would help too since you are looking at a WC. Just my thoughts…

        • GK was on my mind too, I’m just never sure who I want in goal. Pickford? Roefs? Or a little down the points scale? I hate picking that position.

      • Roefs is the best option for GK surely on price v points?

I dropped Chalobah the other week, looking at your current team, you could just do Saka > Palmer and O.Riley > Nunes, as Palmer and Nunes are much more likely to get fpl points, but I suspect Gabriel is your main target?

tbh I think Saka > Bruno.G/Gordon/Rogers and Chalobah > Gabriel.

Your WC really looks like you are bringing in three bench players.

    • Your current team looks fine?? Apart from the goalies. I feel too many people are rushing to get the new flavours too much.

      • Agree. Take one hit plus trsf and keep current team.

        • Sound advice. Was just sort of tinkering after a crap week 19 and missed deadline week 20.

      • Cheers. Also thanks for the well wishes on the earlier pages here. I’m finally feeling above 50 percent and on the mend.

  2. Those Defcon points sure help….Anderson, Mukiele, Bowen, Bruno G got me a green arrow.

  3. City losing Cs is interesting. All top teams messed up, apart from Newcastle.

    • I got returns from my whole team except the 3 from City. Wasn’t expecting that

  4. New drama crazy

    • What a farce. Almost as bad as us..lol

      • I get you. However, what he tried didn’t work and he was too stubborn to change his ways and play the team according to their strength. They just didn’t get the 3-4-3 system he played in Portugal.

Same with Slot though his and Pools failure currently are more significant.

    • Surprised ManU held on to him for so long actually.

      • The Chelsea saking was a bigger surprise than this one.

        • Didnt really understand the chelsea sacking. They were doing ok, 4th or 5th is probably the best they would have anyways expected this season and that’s where they are more or less.

  5. Tempted to play Lewis Potter but instead of who wacko

    • Virgil?

      • Maybe that’s the most sensible solution.

        • Pool are shite. However, with him you never know. In the past he used to have great ability to score. But Pool now are beyond terrible.

      • I tend to agree.

They are not very good defensively, attacking though they are about average, but I cannot see Liverpool getting anything other than a goal or two past them.

      • Yes. Definitely bench vvd

  6. So I think I’m actually rolling my ft. From almost changing system and taking a hit to rolling is hilarious. rofl
