Jamie
Hi all – struggling with who to choose as a Jackson replacement. Will prob move early this week so open to all suggestions! Max budget of 7.7 so looking at Gakpo, Raul, Mateta.
Will also have a strong midfield of Mo, Palmer, Mbuemo, Rogers and Kluivert so would be willing to downgrade to a cheapie and roll with 3-5-2 for a while. Other forwards are Wood & Isak.
I went Gakpo because of the DGW in 24.
Cheers ODT!
+1 next game is hope vs Ipswich too.
He didn’t start last night so is likely to start the weekend
For anyone that didn’t watch the Benfica v Barca game watch the highlights. One of the craziest games I’ve seen. Some of the most ridiculous goals you’ll ever see in one game
That raphina goal was so good haha
G’day!
Got 3 free transfers and 0.0 in the bank.
Thinking –
Jackson + Pedro + Sarr – OUT
Wissa + Gakpo + Semenyo – IN
Would need to move asap to avoid price changes. Thoughts?

Other option is –
Pedro + Bruno OUT
Gakpo + Semenyo IN
Third option is just to roll lol
I should also point out in these moves, Semenyo would be benched for the next two.
The options seem okay, not sure if bringing in a player to bench is correct. I would think the priority is maybe Gakpo / Gordon / Mbeumo in midfield instead of Sarr and Wood / Mateta instead of Joao Pedro / Jackson. Semenyo may be a very frustrating player to hold, burnt twice this season buying him. Sorry, could not think of an answer on whether to let it roll or transfer, tbh, the transfers do not feel exciting, maybe that is a good thing
All good thanks for your input mate! I get a bench transfer isn’t a fun thing to do but it is an enabler to make the others happen.
Pulled the trigger with Kluivert instead of Semenyo. Wanted to avoid missing out with Gakpo and Wissa rising. Really wanted both those strikers. Will reassess Kluivert and the rest of the team when it comes to it.
Hi again – which one would you bench this weekend?
-Palmer @ City
-Mbuemo @ Palace
-Rogers home WHU
Not Palmer. City did not look that great today.
Agreed ODT. Just a knee jerk reaction to seeing MCI (A)
