Back to some semblance of reality with a GW that begins on a Saturday and ends within some acceptable timescale of it beginning, and with at least a few days grace before the next one kicks off.

Saturday itself sees the bulk of the games. Man Utd and Man City kick us off in style at 12.30pm. No early drinking for the Mancs, yeah right… 3pm then sees all of Chelsea vs Brentford, Leeds vs Fulham, Liverpool vs Burnley, Spurs vs West Ham and Sunderland vs Crystal Palace. The late(r) one is Forest vs Arsenal at 5.30pm.

Just the two on Sunday then with Wolves vs Newcastle at 2pm and Villa vs Everton at 4.30pm.

Which leaves Brighton vs Bournemouth on Monday to conclude GW22.

The games in full…

  1. Did anyone watch the Chelsea game? Considering Palmer vs Enzo.

  2. I was prepared for a bad GW but not for a disaster like this bad

    • Definitely not a fun week lol

      • Bees, you got double Chelsea and Arsenal in defense. That’s pretty good so far.

    • Similar gameweek Ivan. Saliba should be in for some points now though.

    • What will you do Ivan? Go for Bruno and maybe Semenyo? If I want both to replace Szobo and Foden. I need to make that move tonight. Feels risky.

      • Razi, I’ve been eyeing Semenyo for a while. Wanted to do it this week but then decided to leave it for the next with 2 FT. Him and Guehi wont be eligible for the UCL game on Tuesday.

        • ManC midfield a minefield now. Semenyo Foden cherki Reijnders doku b silva.. sure with cl now rotation kicks in. Semenyo might be safe till feb since ineligible.

  3. Who to get for Foden? How did Semenyo look?
Bruno F has ARS away next. Not the best time to get him. unknw

    • City looked poor today. ManU looked great. But ther fact he plays full 90 is really to my liking.

      Bruno was awesome today.

      • ManU tend to play grat vs Man City only to draw 1-1 vs teams like leeds or wolves.

  4. Anyone know if Semenyo is eligible for champions league games? I don’t think yet, right? Plus he played full 90. Got a feeling he’ll be rested more than Foden.

    • Yes he can play. But not sure if he is registered to play in the remaining 2 group stage games. Maybe he can replace an injured player like gvardiol. For the knockouts/ playoffs, he can play for sure as long as ManCity register him to play which they surely will..

      • So that’s after the group stage games though? Registration for those was in September.

        • Holy… You got six players left.

I got just one and a bad one at that, Pickford.

        • 4 now after the arsenal game. 2 Newcastle and villa players.

        • Four but six coming from bench.

  5. Who are the best front three for upcoming fixtures?

    • This is the million dollar question. Haaland plus which 2 is the question. I ve been chopping and changing my fwds all season. Got Watkins and ekitike but i think its time to sell ekitike for some cheapie like kroupi or DCL and get bruno F soon. I usually don’t get Bruno F but he is having multiple routes to pts this season. Or else i ll get mbuemo.

      • Thanks Reg. I just brought in BrunoF for Foden.
        May want Semenyo.
Did you see the City game? How did he look? I could swap out Rogers for him.

    • I am not sure three up front is the way anymore.

On my WC I had Eki, Haaland, Thiago, but then went to DCL, Haaland, Thiago, however I ultimately went with KroupiJr, Haaland, Thiago, on the basis he’ll play more now Semenyo has gone, but also so I could bring in Wirtz instead as Liverpool cover and I won’t be playing three up front anytime soon unless KroupiJr keeps firing and also I can workout who to bench.

I think DCL, Haaland, Thiago would be the three I would go for but, maybe DLC or Thiago for João Pedro.

      • I too am thinking J. Pedro could be a good option. My TV is pretty good so can still get Semenyo. Not sure which one to get first? Only 1FT left.
