I found out this yesterday. You can change captain only once per day. I moved the armband from Palmer to Adeyemi earlier today and now can’t change this until tomorrow.
I changed Cpt to Dumfries. Now I read he won’t play due to injury. Site doesn’t show him as injured…so who knows.
It’s all over the internet that Dumfries is out. A bummer.
Mastanuono is VC so I may be ok.
I am going to bring in Gvardiol and Haaland later tonight and captain the latter to be sure. Don’t trust and understand this fantasy game settings
Hey folks. Glad to see a few of you are playing CWC fantasy. The deadline balls-up was very annoying at the time, as I was tinkering and my last set of moves weren’t saved. But it was a mixed bag of luck, as I was gonna bring in Palmer for Akturkoglu, but both blanked (although at least Cole started). Then was gonna bring in Svensson and Dumfries, so that was mixed luck coz I missed Svensson CS but swerved the unexpected Dumfries non-starter. Overall, I’m probably about even, so can’t really complain.
I have 18pts for my captain currently on De Arrascaeta. Would you stick, or change it to Haaland? I fear City could score Bayern-like numbers today, but I’m also scared Haaland might ‘do a Kane’ and not get any of the spoils.
Hey Chips. I’ve been unlucky so far with all my captains and going with Haaland as a final resort. As you said, he will either join the Kane/Messi blankers club or go big but it is a short fun game, so go for it

Lucky I waited for lineups before I switched captain to Haaland, so I left it on De Arrascaeta when I saw Haaland was benched. I only have 2 Juve defenders left, but will probably keep the 18pts from cappo De Arra I think.
The only good thing so far for me, didn’t waste the 12th man chip on Messi/Kane/ Haaland or Mbappe like many did. That said, can’t see when and for who to use it
I was gonna use 12th man but the early deadline stopped me. Would probably have put it on Mbappe or a fourth Bayern player, so it might have been great, or it might have been awful, haha. I guess still having the chip is a good result. Not sure when best to use it now.
What does your Crystal Ball say? Is Ait Nouri likely to start in next game?
