I even forgot to change my gk of juventus. He us sitting on the bench with 10 pts.
I know how it feels. I am still feeling gutted with 1 hour deadline debacle. Half of my team is auto-filled and somehow 10 players showed up and some are bench players. Among the auto-picks, only Neuer returned. I even have a Boca Juniors player who is not in the squad, a Pachuca def., a Juventus player (Mbangula) who never showed up, Dembele who is likely not to play etc etc.
Now I am forced to WC in MD2.
It was very annoying not being able to lock in my last minute tinkering. I ended up 12pts worse off because of the debacle (based on players I had, versus the changes I was in the middle of actually making when the game locked). That’s enough to be annoying, but it could have been a lot worse.

This is so confusing with the time differences and expect to be the same next year for the World Cup 26.
If I captain Pavlidis and then change to Arrascaeta in the later game should be fine. The question is, will I be able to captain Kane later on who is playing at 2 AM on Saturday the 21st in the UK but in fact is still 9 PM on Friday in the USA and could be counted as towards day two in MD 2. Do we really need all that

Well i am quitting. I played my wc, set up a new team completely. And.when i clicked on the confirm button, time is over. Completely forgot it locks 1. hour before game starts. Ucl fantasy doesn’t lock till kick off.
I gave up hoping to do well lol.
Just enjoying seeing unusual teams play. They try so hard.
Will use WC next round and probably my big buys will be sitting on the bench again!
I took a hit. Too early for the WC with too many uncertainness who is fit and who is eager to play at all…..

This time I managed to do my transfers, but had plenty of dilemma and then remembered who cares, just have fun.
Captain Kvaratskhelia 2pts…who thought Botafogo would beat PSG! I am loving this. Next up Capt Otamendi…pretty sure it will be other 2 points lol.

Be careful with captain changes as you might have just one more for this day of the MD or whatever they call it.
I have Otamendi, Di Maria, Pavlidis Arrascaeta, Kane, Olise and Boey.
Going with Di Maria first and then if he fails hopefully switching to Olise or Kane. See post 69…..

I moved the armband from Di Maria to Pavlidis just before the deadline. Hope that doesn’t count as a change but nothing would surprise me with this badly organised game
