Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Silly Gameweek 26. Only in England could we have a ‘Winter Break’ in which all teams still play and yet is punctuated (somewhat) with FA Cup replays for four of them. We say good on Klopp for showing them the finger and highlighting the absurdity of it all. Politics aside, GW26 will be held over two weekends, beginning today on the 8th Feb and concluding a week on Monday, the 17th.
There’s an unequal split too, with four games this weekend and six on the next. It makes for an uncertain and very long GW but it is what it is. To make it even more odd we don’t have a single 3pm Saturday game on either weekend. Why? TV, that’s why. They’ve seen the opportunity and taken it; every single game is now scheduled in a TV slot.
We shall stop ranting though and let you crack on with enjoying the longest of long GW’s…

No, no. Did transfers already. So I did not miss, miss the deadline. Usually I have a look at my team just before deadline. Re-order last minute if needed.
I was a little too late today. That’s not bad. I should have Kun as cappo, so I’m fine. No worries.

With some luck Lundstram starts today. He has a decent shot at both Cs and goal. I mean he’s not first choice all the time but my guess is he is very close and the first one to get action if chances drop by. Hanley is a nightmare tho. Haha.
