Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Silly Gameweek 26. Only in England could we have a ‘Winter Break’ in which all teams still play and yet is punctuated (somewhat) with FA Cup replays for four of them. We say good on Klopp for showing them the finger and highlighting the absurdity of it all. Politics aside, GW26 will be held over two weekends, beginning today on the 8th Feb and concluding a week on Monday, the 17th.
There’s an unequal split too, with four games this weekend and six on the next. It makes for an uncertain and very long GW but it is what it is. To make it even more odd we don’t have a single 3pm Saturday game on either weekend. Why? TV, that’s why. They’ve seen the opportunity and taken it; every single game is now scheduled in a TV slot.
We shall stop ranting though and let you crack on with enjoying the longest of long GW’s…

Did Mane + Deeney to Traore and Aguero. Currently, 5+ 2+ 4(hit) – 1= 10. Need Kun to score a 10er atleast. On the hindsight, would surely have captained Salah, if I didn’t have Kun. So, fingers crossed for a good score on Thursday.
My team needs changes. Almost ready to pull the trigger. Which of them WC teams do you prefer?
This one 2.7 mib. Could sell Gomez for a cheapie and bring in Firmino…or Vardy if he ever starts scoring again.

Well Firm wouldn’t make sense if Gomez didn’t also go sry…
Neither, your team isn’t bad as it is plus you still have your BB chip so you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not holding the WC now.

I have KDB and Aguero , thinking to switch Aguero to Jimenez as Kun will be blank for 28. Shall I do it for GW 27 at after. Who is better for 27 Aguero or Jimenez?
I would ditch Aguero. I’d be surprised if he plays much in the league now while City go for the cups. I could be wrong though
