Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Xmas Special GW15 & 16.
Given that GW15 begins on Saturday and ends on Sunday and then GW16 starts on Monday we hope you can forgive us for not squeezing in any other articles. In fact they are so closely related we have simply decided to put up a joint Live Match Chat for the pair. Seems lazy, and it probably is, but it also makes sense. Crack on and chat about both, basically.
Not to complicate matters all you really need to know is the following;
GW15 begins at 11am on the 26th.
GW16 begins at 1.30pm on the 28th.

Fortunately I have Soucek coming in for DCL. Was a dilemma that solved itself for me this week.

So I’d be surprised if anyone tops this. I had 3 Villa players when Villa v Newcastle was called off. Now Everton v City is off I have DCL, KDB, Stones and Dias. I’ve really had no luck this season
Ouch. I just brought in Stones for Mitchell this week to tidy my squad up. Guess who plays his first game in 10 weeks?

Bad luck. I lost three players and had a captain hindsight hairshirt-wearing moment of why on earth didn’t I bring in Son – or anyone – for KdB. What was I thinking of? Why on earth didn’t I know yesterday that a game today would be called off?
More seriously, I’m conning myself with thoughts that the postponed game is just that. The points are out there, somewhere, waiting to be claimed (though of course everyone else will be after them as they’ll be wrapped up in a DGW).
Just thinking out loud and logically, those City staff and players were obviously present at Newcastle on Saturday………………

If any game were to be added to GW19 it would more likely be MC v AVL because they both now have two games to schedule

Yes,but assuming KDB isn’t one of those proved positive,he will self isolate and be ready for GW18,Brighton and onwards. Not all doom and gloom yet. That GW 18 is short of games already,we don’t need to lose another.
It’s good to stay positive. Well, you know what I mean – in spirit, not in flesh.
My vague plan, which no doubt will be thrown into disarray, will be KdB to Son for 17; Bruno back to KdB for 18; FH in 19; mission get Bruno back properly for 20.
It’s that sort of coherence that makes me the person I am.
I’d be very surprised if it isn’t.
I’d be very surprised with myself if I didn’t transfer KdB out this week.
Hopefully we’ll get some news before the deadline.
Damn Justin CS gone, least with other two defenders coming off bench I won’t potentially leave points on the bench, if that makes sense..
I hastily assembled a bench last night mainly to cope with the BGW (won’t be FH that week). That and be bench-fodder the other side of the BGW. Had I known they’d be thrown into action this GW I may have spent a little more time researching the players.
