Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Xmas Special GW15+16

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Xmas Special GW15 & 16.

Given that GW15 begins on Saturday and ends on Sunday and then GW16 starts on Monday we hope you can forgive us for not squeezing in any other articles. In fact they are so closely related we have simply decided to put up a joint Live Match Chat for the pair. Seems lazy, and it probably is, but it also makes sense. Crack on and chat about both, basically.

Not to complicate matters all you really need to know is the following;

GW15 begins at 11am on the 26th.

GW16 begins at 1.30pm on the 28th.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW’s 15 & 16 from all at FF247!

Thanks for reading Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Xmas Special GW15&16.

  1. My Bruno -8 biting me in the a***. 12+ (-8) + 1. =21 points. McGoldrick is off for a 2 pointer. Hope Holegate keeps his CS. Then Salah would’ve to get atleast 13 points.

    • As long as you don’t get into the habit of -8s – and writing ‘-8’ made me flinch a bit – you should be all right. I’m contemplating moving him on (for Son) until GW18 then getting him back after. My shaky reasoning is that he may get rested, given Man U’s fixture pile-up, but he probably won’t be.

      • Cheers Kralin. Plan was to get him back from GW20. Already looking like a bad decision. Son is not going anywhere. He stays

        • I don’t envy you owning Mahrez. What a total pain. Maybe some miracle shall emerge from your bench.

        • Kralin. All hopes on Dallas now.

  2. Every week I feel disappointed by de bruyne and wish I owned bruno instead, and every week I fail to make the switch.

    • I’m keeping him for GW18. If it wasn’t for that I’d be getting fretful. Biting my nails, blubbing a bit. As it is I’m just getting mildly vexed, but not in a get-a-life way mildly vexed.

    • I’ve had kdb for a while, he has to go this week. Especially with tougher fixtures coming up, although Chelsea and Everton weren’t great tonight. Too much money for such little output.

    • Yea KDB gotta go, just need to decide between Son or Mane

      • Son makes more sense in a GW18 context, unless you’re FH that week. But KdB makes a lot of sense to me for GW18, if not FH.

Plus of course the value of patience in this game. Or delayed gratification, or whatever you want to call it.

  3. Mahrez not even given any gametime. That’s sad and bad. Think he’ll start the next game?

    • He will – and he shall reward you handsomely.

      • Your positivity keeps me afloat during these high tides Kralin. Cheers mate. :drinks:

  4. Delighted that KDB blanked again :mosking:

    • Forgot to add, Cancelo with a CS and 2 baps :drinks:

    • So much hate :hippo:

      • I can tell you the next most popular move
KDB ↔ Son, for those who hasn’t got him 😉

        • What even if Son blanks

        • If he does (unlikely) will make it up against Fulham and Leeds at home.

        • It’s not that unlikely it’s Wolves. Could easily go either way, his points have been against the better teams too. You must be a Spurs fan though

        • Smash, never been a Spurs fun. Apart for a short time on the side when Berbatov used to play for them.
Always have been Man U, since I remember myself

        • Seems a reasonable move given the form and fixtures! Not sure if Nostradamus will be giving up his title to you just yet!

        • And there is your Son blank

        • Following the footsteps of Salah :laugh2:

        • In Bruno we trust :hippo:

  5. KDB disappointing for his price.

    • Yes but having him adds a certain cachet to one’s side, don’t you think?

I’ll review after the DGW dust has settled. I honestly can’t be bothered to do anything before then.

  6. I thought my forwards will bring me the goods this GW, as they failed badly last week.

This GW: Adams with a 2 pointer against Fulham.
DCL with a 1 pointer against Sheffield United.
    Kane to the rescue (maybe)?!

    • Kane’s not the worst final throw of the dice.

I’ve gone cheap on my forwards and am not under a lot of illusions about them. An assist seems like a hat-trick. A BPS like manna from heaven.

      • Wise words, Kralin!
I only hoped for a goal or assist, especially given the opposition but it wasn’t meant to be. Lots of games yet to be played, so there is still time for a Christmas miracle!

    • Kane will score good. Rest assured Tornado.

      • Fingers crossed, mate. I have Son, Kane and Podence in my starting XI, so I will be rooting for quite a few goals in this particular game.

        • Sorry I’d expect it to be low scoring that one

        • One could only hope, Smash.

        • The fate of many mini-league ranking depends on how that Spurs vs Wolves game plays out
