Fantasy Football Pottys Predictions Gameweek 7
So here we are, one Matchweek away from another International break and after the midweek Champions League games many of us can smile as injuries incurred by the 4 English representatives were sparse on the ground – we may hear about a tweak or two tomorrow but that won’t stop you all from entering Pottys Bookies and boy we have a glorious competition for you, but onto that shortly…..
Recent “Potty Prize” winners are……
Mwk 6 – “4 from 1” was a classic fray and I created a new loving couple with JON9898 & SILVERBACK teaming up and bagging 66pts in a fine triumph. Next week Silverback is flying to Iceland as Jon9898 wants Silver’s to feel “minun eyrum” slowly. (google translate necessary here).
In your “10 Months, 10 Prizes“, the manager of the month in this my private league was TINKERMAN UTD who netted 187pts, a mighty fine effort from Floydeth who of late spends many hours in a dodgy gym in High Wycombe as he tones up his 3 pack in his Right Said Fred look.

Tuesdays UCL Fun – with 2 correct score predictions this valued member of FF247 is getting a name for himself in the bars in the port of Marseille, yes COOKIE you did it!!
Midweek UCL Midfielders – well if he has come out from behind his love stained sofa he may now know that with 32pts that fun loving woolyback ELLEFFCEE won this easily.

And finally………
Sand in our Socks – my UCL private league has a Matchweek prize for the most points claimed and this was won by PARK BENCH EXPORTS who is slumped in a hedge somewhere and probably won’t see this, Burp!
Well done guys so e-mail me at prctrdvd@gmail.com with your postal addresses, thanks.
Let’s play……”5 that’ll Flop”
This Competition will test your FPL knowledge to the limit and whoever wins this will be a Potty Legend, ok?
The Rules.
A – aim of this game is to Flop.
B – select 5 players and nominate a Captain for double points .
C – pick players who you think will score terribly.
D – the FF247 member with the LEAST points wins.
E – select from any position you wish.
F – the teams to select from are: Arsenal/Chelsea/Liverpool/Man City/Man Utd.
G – all your selection’s must either start or make a substitutes appearance, but if any player you select does not feature you will be awarded a penalty of 10pts.
H – so remember when selecting, your goal is to end up with a lousy points total.
No Potty Plonker this week as I have had so much on.
Thanks for tuning in and now get posting.

I’m assuming everyone thinks arsenal are getting smashed tomorrow??
How can they get smashed with the new Henry playing?!!
Lol!!! He looked good but he’s got a loooooonnnngggg way to go before we can say that!!!
Well I would agree, but a load of your fellow fans are going slightly overboard!
He had a great game!! But it was just one match!! Once he starts being more clinical in front of goal then he will become a great player!! I am bringing him next GW!
Cookie – need your advice mate!!
Who do I bench out of tadic siggy or fabregas and would you take a hit to improve my defence? Got £1.8 ITB but I only want to spend 0.5?
Mitro, I would bench Tadic and get N Taylor for now for McShane
Not fabanski or schmeical??
I have asked a few days ago but I am still really torn for captain choice;
Sterling – Easy fixture, on form BUT West Brom looking better, was **** in midweek, might be rested
Balotelli – Same for fixture, must score soon, potential big haul BUT terrible form, could be dropped
Di Maria – Everton are unpredictable, involved in lots, on form BUT poor last week, everton could be good, no rooney for support
Costa – On form, scoring every game BUT played midweek and could be rested (or subbed off), tough fixture
Any advice is good, even if only to rule one out.
Out of that lot, Costa hands down for me.
Costa is owned by over 65% of the players and I’m guessing at least 70% of them will cap Costa. Going with Costa will be the safest pick. Any other could be a great punt. BTW my “70%” could be way off, I’m just straight up guessing.
Morning Hullcitytiger I don’t think he’ll be rested but not sure sterling is captain material in a dysfunctional Liverpool side for that reason (amongst several!!) certainly not Balotelli in fact there are far better options for strikers who are far cheaper ,pelle ulloa etc for me its DM or Costa,Chelsea are on the charge and Costa is on fire so for me he takes the armband!
Chambers (c)
Mertesacker
Koscielny
Flamini
Sczesny
