Fantasy football Trends From The Top – GW15
Welcome to this week’s edition of Trends From the Top. While Crystal Palace and Everton have yet to play, I certainly have been kicking myself as I decided this was the week to bring in Kolarov (1 point). I also thought that this was a great time to bring in Ozil and that wouldn’t have been too bad if I hadn’t traded Arnautovic (16 points) while taking a 4 point hit. Well let’s take a look at our new leaders and see what they have been up to.

This week, 30% of the top ten managers selected Ozil (12 points) while another 30% selected Ighalo (20 points). Two additional managers selected Lukaku while the remaining 2 managers selected De Bruyne (4 points) and Giroud (8 points).

Damnit Beka, every week you tease me with these frontrunners posting these ridiculous scores!!
As always, it’s a fantastic read and really appreciated. I’m hoping those Barkley owners are disappointed this evening – in fact a boring 1-1 with Coleman scoring would be just fine 😉
And let’s hope your transfer of Arnautovic to Ozil isn’t surpassed in ridiculousness by mine of Bolasie to Hazard
I am sure your prediction about Coleman will be true just like you predicted Mignolet saving 3 penalties
yeah that went well
Yeah he managed to save 1 but sadly let 2 in 😛
never trust a scouser – oldest lesson in FPL / life.
At least Miggy didnt score an own goal. Blessing in disguise for you there, Cookie.
I’m always grateful for small mercies and relieved Hazard didn’t shoot in his own net
Cheers Bekah, it seems the 1000 pts check-point will be surpassed this GW15. I wonder how that compares with previous seasons with all them chips around.
Cheers Beka, great stuff as always.
On another subject, did anyone see the ARSvsSUN game?
I’m seeing different player ratings all around. Ramsey sure made a nice comeback FPL-wise, but was he good over the game?
Walcott was a sub but would anyone consider him with caz and sanchez out? I mean we could easily see him in one of the wings with giroud upfront.
Also, is Watmore worth a cheaky punt? He’s as cheap has it gets for a forward, looked lively on highlights and has 3 home games in the next five!
Thanks for any input.
Ramsey got involved in a lot of the forward play and had a few shooting chances. Not that he had any decent shots – boots on the wrong feet. I’d stick with Ozil as he looked more incisive with his passing and picked up similar positions to Ramsey although usually more toward the flanks.
Watmore looks a threat with his runs in behind but I doubt he’ll score a lot over the season with the service he gets. He never looks like he really had the ball under control. Like watching a dog run on a Sunday league pitch. Ighalo, Vardy, Deeney are all better bets.
cheers safs
The only Arsenal forward player you should look at is Ozil. Walcott will continue to be in and out of the side with Giroud but might play on the wing. Ramsey played ok but was in the right place at the right time, something he did very well last year. He will be better in the CM but he will also be asked to sit deeper. Watmore looks decent but isn’t the best finisher.
Thx mate
Aguero and Kompany both miss the training for City.
My rank is dropping like Swansea.
Or Chelsea
Mine like a teenagers balls
