Who are you? Who are you? Fantasy manager profiles Part 6
Here at FF247 towers we’ve often wondered what driving forces hide behind a comment or a rate my team reply, do we really know the mindset and the persona of the people we are conversing with?! To find the answers to these questions we have lured some regulars from out of their caves and got them to endure a simple Q&A session.
Hopefully this will help us to uncover whether each member can be viewed as a ‘fellow sports enthusiast’, ‘colleague’, ‘fantasy friend’, ‘internet troll’ or indeed ‘sociopath’! Let’s take a look inside the minds of our latest two ‘victims’ then and see whether, hiding behind the cute monkey gravatars, lurks a sadistic, megalomaniacal, psychotic keyboard warrior. Or just a normal guy or gal who likes to play fantasy football…
We will add a disclaimer here – we have resolved to not edit what is sent in at all. What you see is what you (we) get.
Next up to the examination table are Josh721 and TJ our team-sheet guru.

Many thanks to both Josh and TJ for being so candid! We hope you know your two fellow ‘fantasy friends’ a little better now.
If you feel that you would like to expose your inner self then please feel free to mail us at contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk and we shall have peakydave interrogate you! If you have already submitted one, which many have, we are publishing them in the order received and hopefully yours will be along soon.
Thanks guys
hi guys. any suggestions on my team. I know about keeppers so don’t say that
Stewy, your GK’s are one of your main issues though! as well as your strikers. I think you need to raise funds to fix the forward line so i would start by binning both GK’s and just go with one playing GK and a cheapie. Hart and Speroni is a waste of 11m, for me.
So with fabregas being out for around 3-4 weeks.Need to get rid of him however dont know what transfers should i make. Should i go for
Di Maria out for Sanchez and save my 1FT
Fabregas and welbeck out for Costa and Siggy.
Or do some other transfers????
Devilred – I would go for Costa first, but wait for confirmation on Cesc before selling him. He has plenty of time to recover during this break.
Thanks NIN. Agree with u think it will be better to wait out the international break.
should I do adm out, sanchez in?
1.2m in bank, 1ft:
fabianski, krul
baines, chanbers, clyne, duff, moore
adm, fabregas, downing, siggy, wanyama
pelle, costa, aguero
I can’t see any way of getting sanchez in otherwise. could swap him for fabregas alternatively
Gerrardslipped – If you can afford to hold off for a bit then i would suggest doing that. If not, go for it if it’s the move you really want to do
I know it’s nearly two weeks away but this is currently my team for GW12
What do you think?
Mitro – Tadic is one i would look to bin soon mate. Sigurdsson seems the most likely replacement. It would leave a little bit of dosh over too, which can go towards a McShane replacement
Hey NIN – I have 1.3 ITB to do tadic to walcott!!
I had to get rid of siggy to get in Costa – might live to regret it but it was killing me having to bench one of my 8 every week
You’ve got Sanchez there mate, f**k Walcott for now. Way too risky. When he is playing regularly again then bin Sanchez for him if you want to. It’s worth noting that the December schedule is very close now, will Walcott be able for that amount of football? I really doubt it.
Any ft’s left in case Fab is out for more than 2 weeks?
Hey Raz Ive heard Fab is out for @ least 3 wks but this could be one of Mourinho tatics to keep him away from Internations reports say Torn Hamstring anybody guess if real
Yeah, so annoying. He didn’t even receive a yellow or a red flag yet. Haha. Nobody trusts Mourinho. He’s an arseface.
I’ve would probably play Duff over Wisdom & wait for news on Fab apart from that team look really solid !
I’ve know it really early but The Big Question that I’ve want to know is who is Eveyone going to captain in GW 12 – AGUERO or COSTA or ANYONE ELSE ?
The two you’ve mentioned or Sanchez, for me. We’ll see who’s fit and who’s not come Friday before deadline 😉
