    So…

    A) Who is changing their Spanish defender to someone who hasn’t played?

    B) Who’s bring in Robben? lol

If you take out a player who hasn’t played yet (say Lahm) is it possible to put him back in again before his game starts?

well they do like the limited text in the rules – at face value I would guess you could but dont know

Just tried it while holding my breath and yes you can move players in and out at will as long as they haven’t played. However, you can only take out a midfielder for another mid and a defender for a defender and so on. Unless you change your formation! I tried changing my formation and it says you could possibly lose players if you change the formation. They didn’t even let you choose which players to keep or take out if you want to change your formation, which isn’t cool. For example, I’m playing a 3-5-2 and I switched to a 4-4-2 because I have another defender playing before another mid. When I switched the formation, it automatically took out the mid who was furthest to the right in your midfield.

farthest to the right as you look at the screen I assume? Do you get the option to reset or is it “done”? I wonder would you have lost the player on the right if played too. Dodgy

        • Josh721 says:

Dreamers, yeah you can switch your formation all you want, I just don’t think you can control you gets taken out. I tried switching from a 3-5-2 to a 4-4-2 and then back again. Both times it took out the player who was furthest right in the midfielder/defender lines. As you look at the screen, yes on the right.

        • TheDreamers says:

Josh – I wonder can you move players around who havent played so that the person you want to lose is in that right hand spot?

        • Josh721 says:

I think you can. I haven’t had any mids play yet so I could probably rearrange them so the ones I expect to keep on the field are furthest left and the iffy ones stay near the right in case I want to change formations.
