  2. A contrasting week. 84pts with Wilson to go, but 4 flagged players and will only field 10 this week.

  4. Well I must say that that was the first FPL day I’ve enjoyed in a long long time and it has nothing to do with my score.

    Two things – the five simulataneous 3pm kick offs and having the excitement of following more than one game (player) at a time, but more importantly having support (home and away) back in the stadiums and full houses most places. Wonderful!

    Feel great tonight.

    • Yes it almost felt like a normal Saturday of football rather than the hideous scattered fixtures of last season.

  5. I have 68 with Tsimikas to come in, left to play I have Coufal and Grealish to play.

    Just been looking at some who are above me in various leagues, everyone has much better teams than me sad

    Disappointed.

    • Above average.

    • You’ll catch them if you don’t go mental with transfers and throw everything away. Give it a go. Otherwise this will be the highest OR you have all season.

  6. Barnes to Pogba a sensible move?
    Four assists is impressive, didn’t watch the game though.

    • Fixtures are amazing so could work.

    • You don’t get the points for those four assists though you know, right? acute

    • Personally – unless I hear Barnes is playing oop as centre back – I’d be inclined to give him more than the first 90 minutes of the season. My plan is to assess Barnes after the Norwich game.

      • Noted. There is that peaty WHU game first though, hmm…

        • Should be a nice game. Though we haven’t seen WHU yet. I have a soft spot for WHU but you never know how they’ll be. For all we know they could have been put on some eccentric diet which causes them to completely lose energy after 55 minutes.

    • I don’t think so personally. Feels like chasing points that one.
