A strange old GW this one, certainly in terms of timings.
For starters Saturday is odd as we begin at 3pm, and we have 4 of those for Jeff, with Bournemouth hosting Leicester, Wolves going to Chelsea, Man City most likely putting the finishing touches to Ralph the Saint’s coffin and Newcastle welcoming Bournemouth.
Brighton and Spurs see out a fleetingly fast Saturday at 5.30pm.
Sunday is more of a marathon with essentially 7 hours of football on offer if you can stomach it. There are 2 at 2pm with Palace v Leeds and West Ham v Fulham. The Super Sunday slot is filled by Arsenal & Liverpool at 4.30pm. The strange timings see us continue beyond our usual threshold though with Everton hosting Man United at 7pm. A local (ish) derby, that is usually fairly tasty, at 7pm on a Sunday night… you can only assume no BT exec’s have ever served on the front line as police officers.
Forest and Villa put us to sleep see us out on Monday night.

Not a good week so far. James not starting and haaland hasn’t scored yet
Going double CHE defence with James and daDilva, not one of my best moves
To make it worse, it was Cancelo who I traded out
Don’t worry mate – I did a similar ‘cute’ move of Cancelo + Dasilva out for Foden + Mings. Have lost a total of 12 points on the move for the moment, and just waiting on my remaining ‘3 Stooges’, TAA, Martinelli & Mingsie, to bring home the bacon. By the time the Monday game has finished, the bacon could be rancid!! Hahaha – you just gotta laugh at it though – I went ahead with it, despite numerous people advising to keep Caneelo (Had KDB & Haaland already, so I probably thought I was smarter than everyone else!). 😉 See yah and hope you are not flooded out down there. I heard on the ABC that Dubbo and the Central West were inundated (with water).
