FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 15
Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 15
If rotation didn’t bite you too hard in midweek then it may do this weekend, but as we mentioned in the GW14 edition of this particular article, which nobody ever bothers to read anyway (if you do, say ‘xG is King’ in the comments), this is just a taster of what is to come in the weeks ahead. And perhaps a little reminder of why having a squad as fat as your turkey may be wise over Christmas.
We have 5 games on Saturday and West Ham welcome Chelsea in the early one at 12.30pm. At 3pm Burnley go to Newcastle to see how the other half live (same as them as it turns out), Saints and Brighton have a bit of a derby, and Wolves try to keep the score down against Liverpool. Watford then try (lol) to outscore Man City at the Vicarage in the late one at 5.30pm.
2pm on Sunday is fast becoming the new 3pm on Saturday as we have 3 games again (all seemingly untelevised) as Leeds host Brentford, Palace go to Man Utd and Spurs get angry against Norwich. No idea why they get angry, it just feels like they may have to.
The late one on Sunday sees Stevie G, of Liverpool fame, possibly giving Brendan, of nearly Liverpool fame, some slippery nightmares.
Everton and Arsenal bore us to death see us out on Monday at 8pm.
The games in full…

Good luck everyone
Christmas tree day in our house.
Good luck GP! Same in our house too! Had to fend off the wife and kids from putting it up last week! November is just too early!
Seems a lovely idea at the start igy but the kids are only interested in the star, lights and the hot chocolate!
No Ibrox today GP?
Jamie
Good luck everyone.
Jamie
Oh I’ll be there Jamie don’t worry.
I’m bailing out shortly.
Dundee cake and a sneaky glass or 2 of your favourite beverage tonight GP? (After the match I mean! )
Like your style, leave the wife to the chaos.
Three points a must to pile on the pressure.
Enjoy.
Jamie
Good luck to you GP. Hope it’s not as cold and rainy up there as it is in the French Outback!
How old are the weans? I’ve found the older they get the more patience you need to keep as a parent – when they’re little you can make them laugh and appear in the role of the Papa-hero, but later on in life they call this sort of attitude ‘Dad humour”‘! (Goes with the much vaunted but entirely fictitious idea of the ‘Dad bod’ – both myths invented by misguided grownup progeniture!). But the tree decorating event is always a good laugh no matter what their age!
Anyway, good luck Coach Mitchell, and I hope your young charges are living their dream as the next Robertson, Turnbull, Tierney, Tav or Kyogo (or Gordon or whoever their idols may be!). Cheerio mate – you’re doing a great job for the community. Do they call you Guv, or is this a term used only south of the border?
Bye for now matie – what began as a simple ‘Hello GP’, has become a ramble, once again! 😉
Hahaha. Great post AJW. What a boy!
Girl is 10 and the boy is 7.
They both play football and love it. The boy is like me he’s a bluenose and has a different favourite player match to match.
He’s starting to really like Chelsea too as his English team.
Nah you’d be looked at odd if you used ‘guv’ up here pal.
Cheers Guv ( ….. nope )
BTW, I will leave the tree deco to my young 24 year old! (All I have to do is get out the stuff in boxes in the garage). She’s such a kid and still laughs (and not at all ironically!) at my ‘dry as a dead dingo’ bush humour! See yah boys and enjoy the match (watch out for those Dundee subs like Cummings!) 😉
Don’t think the young GP’s will be a Turnbull or Kyogo.
Jamie
Hahaha – they could do worse than playing like those Hoops’ mids, or even little Ralston – and up and coming hero, Jota!
My man Ange has got them moving in the right direction – might even sign Boylie one day! Maybe GP is the Ange Posto of the local club???
Yep Christmas tree to. Good luck everybody.
Vying for an FGS hatrick today. I rarely ever get any right, but got Saka in GW13 and Wilson in GW14. Come on Alonso!!!
