Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 17
It’s a quick turnaround this week with a midweek fixture fest to get us right in the mood for Christmas and the chaos ahead. This one spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday and then we begin again on Saturday.
Tuesday itself sees three games, all spread out slightly. with Brentford welcoming Ralf and his new spangled clean sheets at 7.30pm, Villa going to Norwich at 7-47pm before Pep and Bielsa have their usual cuddle at 8.
Wednesday looks relatively uninteresting, if we are being brutally honest, with Brighton v Wolves, Burnley v Watford and Palace v Saints all at 7.30pm. Just say you are washing your hair or something instead. Arsenal v West Ham should be a bit more lively at 8pm. It’d have to try hard not to be.
Thursday looks tastier with Leicester (maybe) hosting Spurs at 7.30pm, Everton going to
Chelsea at 7.45pm and Liverpool reminding Eddie that he isn’t allowed any trees this Christmas at 8pm.

There are talks that AFCON could be postponed.

Any suggestions on which forward to bring in. I’m open to moving them all on? Jesus in ? I don’t see the point in messing with the mids if they look like playing unless someone can tell me otherwise???

Same problem. I’d like to keep Ronaldo, but it cost me 100,000 places last gw. The jolly talk from the FPL website is to limit your FHs but, with only 6 players for the weekend (8, if CR7 to Watkins, Gallagher to Foden, -4), this looks very much like the situation we found ourselves in late in the season with Cup competitions. The solution then was a Free Hit, but we know we’d like a second Free Hit to guard ourselves later on.
Dunno. I am good in my MLs, but I’m sorely tempted.
