Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 17
It’s a quick turnaround this week with a midweek fixture fest to get us right in the mood for Christmas and the chaos ahead. This one spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday and then we begin again on Saturday.
Tuesday itself sees three games, all spread out slightly. with Brentford welcoming Ralf and his new spangled clean sheets at 7.30pm, Villa going to Norwich at 7-47pm before Pep and Bielsa have their usual cuddle at 8.
Wednesday looks relatively uninteresting, if we are being brutally honest, with Brighton v Wolves, Burnley v Watford and Palace v Saints all at 7.30pm. Just say you are washing your hair or something instead. Arsenal v West Ham should be a bit more lively at 8pm. It’d have to try hard not to be.
Thursday looks tastier with Leicester (maybe) hosting Spurs at 7.30pm, Everton going to
Chelsea at 7.45pm and Liverpool reminding Eddie that he isn’t allowed any trees this Christmas at 8pm.

What’s the catch in continuing FPL in such circumstances? Unless we have a free hit every week for sure.
This isnt perfect. Playing the games in the summer like they did last time isnt perfect. Too much money involved to cancel the season all togheter i suppose…
What if 2 or 3 more maches get canceled? Will the gw then have only 2 or 3 fixtures? Will there be complete suspension of league then?
Ia there possibility some of these postponed matches could be played on dec 21 to 24 for those not in league cup?
They said today they will play the games if safe to do so
Well the silver lining this week is the remainder of my team will play today.
Ronnie to watkins seems like a good move right? Watkins is on a roll, good fixtures and i need to put more players from different teams in my team with postponed games and all that…
