Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 22
The first of a couple of ‘mini’ DGW’s on the trot before we then have a blank heading our way in GW25. This little lot will be interesting to navigate.
We begin GW22 on Friday with Chelsea and their millions, yes we mean (of) players, hosting Fulham.
Saturday starts with Dyche and his welcoming gift of… nothing, welcoming their beloved ex Arteta to Goodison. Who will no doubt throw Jorginho on with 5 left to see the game out, when it’s already 0-3, just to rub it in.
We then have 5 games at 3pm, with Leicester going to Villa, Brentford hosting Saints, Bournemouth taking the short trip to Brighton, Palace going to Old Trafford and Wolves welcoming Liverpool. Newcastle and West Ham close out Saturday at 5.30pm.
Just the two on Sunday then with Forest v Leeds at 2pm followed by Spurs vs Man City at 4.30pm.
THe two DGW teams, MAn Utd and Leeds then meet on Wednesday at 8pm.

Time for Almiron and/or Martinelli to go?..
Almiron to Ode for me I think. I can’t afford Saka and I’m keeping Martinelli.
But if I buy Ode that’s my 3 arsenal (with Nketi) and I need another defender before Dunk blanks. I’m benching Trippier and Shaw in GW25 which leaves me with only Bueno (out of favour) and Ake (Pep!)
I think I’m going to move Almirón to Saka. Don’t think I’d ship Marti before a double

I REALLY need some advice please, I am doing really well so far this season, maybe my best ever and I have been trying to not make as many changes as I have done in the past and I have cut them down a lot, so, this is where I need some help/advice.
In anticipation of the upcoming blank week (GW25 ManU, Brighton, Toon and Brent) I have made two moves thus a -4pts to negate this I will be using BB I then plan to use my two FT’s to take out my Toon players for the GW25 so I will be able to play a full XI as my three ManU players will be not playing.
What I am asking is, am I wasting my Bench Boost this week? should I just take the hit of -4, the players I changed are Toony > Nketiah and Bueno > Aké, both Nketiah and Aké have a DGW or is the six DGW players I have enough to negate the -4pts?
Save the bench boost for a later double, there will be much more upside then.

No need for BB, there will be better times for that in bigger DGWs ahead.
That -4 is justifiable as most will go that way. For me it will be -8, bringing back KDB or maybe Mahrez, replacing Toney with Nketiah and dealing with crocked Stones.

You can’t seriously be thinking of selling Trippier?
Only so I can have a full XI in the GW25 blank, I will buy him back, I will be replacing Almeron unless his form picks up.
How much value do you have tied up in him?
If I sell him I will get £5.5 and to buy him back £6.1 but I have £3.4 ITB
Sell Almiron and Bruno for GW25 and bench Trip, Shaw & Rash. That should give you XI and save your BB and team value
I am struggling to find a replacement for Almiron let alone Bruno, I was going to go for Mitoma for Almiron after GW25 as Brighton don’t have a game.

Don’t have any defenders from this game. A brace from each Kane and Haaland would be lovely

Pep a bit crazy to let him go and not start him before that.
Dont see how ake or lewis are an upgrade to cancelo.
Widely known that Cancelo had an attitude problem when not being used.
No question about his quality.
Ok. But why bench him regularly anyways? And KDB getting benched too now. And keeps starting ineffective Grealish. If u dont play your best players just to prove some point, it doesnt make much sense for me.
Not privy to what happens during the week in training but Pep must have been unhappy with him for a while. And presumably, the reaction to it wasn’t enough.
